Hotels in Longji Terraced Field-Jinkeng Yao Village, Longsheng

The smart home system in the room worked really well, and we had a direct view of the terraced fields from our window. However, the air conditioning and mini-fridge were quite noisy at night, which might be a problem for light sleepers (like me), but my boyfriend slept soundly. Also, the tap water was cloudy for a while, which might be a common issue for guesthouses in the mountains. The owner was very welcoming, and the food was delicious, haha! The free breakfast was also quite generous. It was very convenient to get to the observation deck. Overall, I recommend it.

The boss is very good. He added WeChat and asked a lot of questions about self-driving, and they all responded. grateful. The hotel is in Xinzhai, a ten-minute walk from Dazhai. (Don't watch Dazhai's performance at 9:30 yuan, it's hot eyes. Bonfire party is free at 9.30) The hotel can park downstairs, but the parking space is limited, and there are stairs at the door. Golden Buddha Peak, 40 minutes to climb up is still very tiring. The thousand-story ladder can be driven up. The road is very good, but it is a little steep. The boss said that the safe Nine Dragons and Five Tigers can be driven up, but it is actually not allowed to drive. It is a sightseeing car. The air conditioner in room 308 cannot use heating, it is cold. There are other problems with the hotel, but the scenic spot is probably like this.

Excellent location , in the Dazhai village center, easy 7 minute walk to the Dazhai parking lot for the cable car and the local buses to Ping'an and long hair show village (forgot the name). You can also walk to three observation platforms from the foothill to hilltop. Room: spacious, clean, with all the amenities as described. Hosts: a young couple with kids and mother, nice, welcoming people. Although they do not speak English, you can easily communicate via WeChat. They helped me with booking a bus to Guilin. The hotel is recommended for nice views and local village experience. I would like to have a menu, as well as a sketch map of the area with observation platforms, villages, hiking routes in English. Information on local events and local but routes/ schedules would also be helpful for non-Chinese tourists.

Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly sincere and even offered personal pick-up and drop-off services. They were also very enthusiastic in providing travel tips and helping us plan our itinerary. A pleasant surprise was the fantastic room location; we could see the breathtaking terraced fields right from our balcony, and we were even lucky enough to catch the sunrise there. I must also mention that the owner's cooking was absolutely delicious! This time, I got to see the 'mirror' terraced fields, and I'm already looking forward to seeing the golden rice paddies here in autumn.

What truly stood out was the balcony and the breathtaking views from it; you can see vast rice terraces right from your room. The guesthouse is tucked away deep inside the village, making it a wonderfully peaceful and quiet spot. The owner is very accommodating; if they're available, they'll drive down to pick you up from the foot of the mountain, and for the return journey, an uncle will give you a ride back down on his motorbike. Do be prepared for mosquitoes and insects, as they are common in the mountains and might even get into your room. The guesthouse is conveniently located between two main viewpoints: it's a 15-minute walk to 'Thousand-Layer Terraces' and 20 minutes to 'Xishan Shaole'. I went to 'Thousand-Layer Terraces' every day to enjoy the scenery. Getting to 'Jinfoding Peak', however, requires careful navigation. I believe I missed an unmarked shortcut, which resulted in a much longer trek. It took me about an hour and a half of combined uphill and downhill hiking to reach 'Jinfoding Peak'. Even if I had found the shortcut, I estimate it would still take over an hour. The locals at the guesthouse claimed it only takes 40 minutes, but I suspect that's because they're familiar with the shortcuts and are in excellent physical condition. For anyone who isn't very fit, my strong advice is to take the cable car directly from the Dazhai car park to 'Jinfoding Peak' on your first day, explore it thoroughly, and then head down to the guesthouse.

p1 is the breakfast provided by the hotel, the rice noodles are delicious, the fried eggs are still sugar heart! p2 is the No. 2 observation deck, you can walk from the hotel, you need to climb a mountain p3, 4, 7 are eaten at the hotel, they are all fresh vegetables, the stew is super fresh, the bacon is also very fragrant, love it, the boss sent rice wine for free, rice wine is also cold, the degree is not high, drinking very comfortable, we also bought a little when we left p5.6 is the No. 1 observation deck, super close to the hotel, and I personally think that the three observation decks are the best. The costumes provided by the hotel are here, and there are many clothing options. p8 is the top of the thousand Buddha, a bit far from the hotel, it takes about 15 minutes to drive, but the boss picks us up there for free! Really super enthusiastic boss! P9 was taken on the hotel balcony. Because there were not many people when I went, the boss also upgraded the room type for us for free. You can see the terraces on the balcony of the room. Every meal can also be made by the boss in advance. When you come back, you can eat directly. Good quality and cheap!

The room was clean, beautiful, and quiet, with a great view from the balcony. The owners were a warm and hospitable couple, and the food at the guesthouse was especially delicious, solving all my meals! 👍👍 The room also provided disposable water cups and towels, which was more thoughtful than many chain hotels. 👍👍

The hotel is located in the Golden Buddhading Scenic Area. The location is not bad. The boss’s service is very good. After arriving at the store, the viewing room was upgraded. The freshly killed chicken tastes very good. The bamboo rice tastes good. The boss’s homemade chili sauce tastes great. The enthusiastic boss also invited us to drink homemade passion fruit wine. The family room we lived in was very comfortable. We could watch the sunrise and terraces through the window. The room conditions were average, because it was located on the top of the mountain, and the price was still very high.

The owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic and friendly. The food is very delicious. He also sent us some small dishes. They are all home-grown dishes. They are very fresh. The chicken, duck, fish, etc. are also home-grown. They are delicious. Auntie also gave us their red Dai costumes. Tell me their story, we also watched the wonderful performance of the Red Dai people there, and participated in the bonfire party, very lively. I will go to Yeyeye again later! ! !
