Everything was great. I asked if the rooms had a refrigerator, and they said they'll bring one right up. I was here for a restful night's sleep before going to Sydney Australia. They accommodated me with a late checkout. The hotel had some quiet rooftop gardens I could hang out and wait for my evening's light. I would definitely stay again

Love this hotel. Easy to get to and it has everything you need. The only thing is that I tried to extend my stay but I was rejected and had to stay at the Westin instead. I guess because the hotel overbooked…. That how popular it is. I’ll be back either way

Kind of acceptable place just to take a flight on next day. But not cover the standards of other hotels of the same chain. It is clean and near from airport. Average. The gym is good! By the way be careful with the bathroom mirror, very sharp, I cut my finger just to try to grab the wash hands soap.

The Westin was perfect for our short stay before flying home. We chose it as it was close to the airport and the shuttle both to and from made it too easy. A short walk to a few dining options and also car hire within the building is a great option. There is also another car hire place just down the road. Overall very pleased with the Westin and would stay there again.

The room was clean and the lobby was beautiful. Illy coffee at the cafe in the lobby was also delicious. However, it was uncomfortable because there was some noise from the air conditioning system in the room. There were a lot of parking spaces, but it was so narrow that it was difficult to park. I'm curious as to why my security deposit has still not been refunded even though it's been 2 weeks since I checked out.

Awesome Airport Hotel with free breakfast and free shuttle bus from LAX Airport. Around 30mins Uber Ride to Hollywood Boulevard. Will stay in this hotel if to visit LA again. Staffs were friendly with us and informing us about the services that they provide in the hotel.

It was okay, traveling during the holidays so things were very busy which changes the experience. Shuttle took a long time to pick up, and the driver was not very nice or helpful, but the drop of back at the airport the next day was great, supper friendly driver who was quick to help with large bags. Breakfast was not included and to buy breakfast there was really expensive. Starbucks was maybe 5 minutes walk away so I just got breakfast there. One strange thing was that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so the bathroom was a bit of a mess after taking a shower.

I tried doing a cancellation and paid for my extend fee till 6pm, but the trip.com replied to my room cancellation about the hotel only allowed 72hours in advance booking cancellation. The front desk was aware of the whole situation and they didn’t tell me about it, I ended up paying double for just a room extension.. I was quite disappointed about this situation.

Stayed here prior to leaving from LAX. It is very convenient with shuttle to and from LAX. There is also car rental within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Hotel itself is functional and clean with decent gym and breakfast but nothing wows. All in all, it served its purpose.

The airport free shuttle runs every 15 minutes and runs 24 hours a day. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are not small, and the front desk service is quite enthusiastic. As a transit accommodation, the price-performance ratio is very good. However, the sound of the plane taking off can be heard in the room, so if you are sensitive to sound, you should bring earplugs.
