Hotels Near Lotte World Tower & Lotte World Mall in Seoul

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

Only 2 coin laundry machines in Skypark II, shared with Skypark Central. We informed Skypark II front desk staff that guest did not pickup their laundry after completed, but was told that they could not collect the laundry from the machine and asked us to wait till the guest pickup. There was a notice at the laundry room that staff is able to pickup if the guest did not collect their laundry after completed. It seems like they are unawared of their hotel policy. Staff lack of knowledge, need improvement.

You can take the Airport Bus Line 6001 directly to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is located near a bus stop and Subway Line 2, making it easy to visit popular areas like Myeongdong and Hongdae. The hotel is surrounded by convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, CU, and GS25. Diagonally across the street, there’s a cozy 24-hour unmanned self-service instant noodle shop, adding a warm and unique touch to the area. While the hotel rooms are relatively compact, the cleaning staff are exceptionally kind. For example, when my friend left clothes scattered on the bed, we returned to find them neatly sorted and folded!

very convenient location, 5 mins walkimg to Euljiro (1) ga station. Myeongdong shopping area is right below the hotel. The room was a bit smaller than expected. Also bc of the winter season, air conditioning unit switch to heating which made room a little stuffy at the start. reception very quickly brought up a fan to circulate air and it was overall a comfortable stay 😁

Let’s start with the cons: 1) The location is not the most convenient and there is really nothing around the hotel. The businesses around are very local and there are a few closed shopfronts along the Main Street. You have to take a bus for 5 stops to get to the subway.  2) It’s next to two rows of bars or lounges and on Friday night you can hear them if you are sensitive to sound, even at 2am. But the sound is very faint if you are not sensitive. 3) No amenities at all Pros: 1) Flexible management. They let me check in even at 11am and I didn’t even have to ask. 2) Clean environment and well equipped room. The bed even had a heated mattress if you need and the toilet bowl has all sorts of features I couldn’t really figure out.  3) Hotel feels pretty new and the hardware feels new and clean.  4) Good pricing for the hardware and accommodating management.

I cannot express the superb service that my husband and I received at this boutique hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet corner but within walking distance to all the local hang outs. Hotel is squeaky clean and efficient with self checkin. I would like to commend Amy (I’m assuming she is the owner) on her kindness, etiquette and customer service. She went out of her way to personally find out where I can go to find specific k-pop merchandise (we are in our late 40’s/early 50’s and are not hip to our neice’s trends). That in itself was a laborious task. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return here the next time I’m in Seoul!

We had a great stay at Brooklyn Blues Hotel. The staffs were warm & friendly. Smooth easy check-in. Our room was spacious, clean & tidy. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was strong & we loved the body wash as it smelled like baby johnson's! It is about 10—15 mins walk to Gwangjang market & airport shuttle bus stop. There are food stalls, convenience shops, pharmacies nearby. As the hotel is still very new, there is no floor mat for bathroom, only 1 mirror in the toilet & 2 hangers, but not to worry as there are lots of places to hang clothes & towels. Could probably provide bathroom slippers as the floor is abit slippery. Will still return the next time we visit Seoul!

They said 11am is check out time. I requested them to check out at 12:30pm Of course I was going to pay for the late check-out. But They said that if I pay half the hotel rate, I can check out at 6pm. inflexible hotel staff.

In fact, so many things were good about this hotel and most of the staff were kin (despite not always Necessarily very helpful to the hotel policy). However, I'm putting only 2/5 for service because the last day when I was leaving I wanted to ask one of the front desk staff a question and the way she reply to me with her hand from afar without saying a word in the most impolite and condescending manner, which is very shocking not only because I'm a client but also that it comes from a korean (as if she was telling me to shutup) because she was busy talking to her colleagues apparently that they were squatting and hidden by the desk. I think she is the same girl who ran toward a guy who seems to be either a celebrity or a cheabol to welcome him warmly and do his paperwork with other staff members. One of her colleagues came towards me and I mumbled with a few words saying that this was very unprofessional. In fact, it was not only unprofessional but it was extremely impolite. I hope that they will talk to her so she can work on her manners better especially when it comes to clients. It is a pity because I can't even remember the good deeds of her colleagues because of what she did. Was the experience ok? yes it was ok except for this very extremely unpleasant experience a few hours before I left Korea. Will I ever go back again?!!! Never! Despite that there are some hotels that are very far from the city center like walker hill, I still go every year just because they have the best staff and service.

The hotel is located in a very central location, within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and the historic Senso Ji. Metro stations are 5 minutes away and you can reach other important points of the city by metro in 10 minutes. The staff is very attentive. We stayed as a family. Thank you
