位置優越交通便利，位於市中心，還有有免費的停車場，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，主要是前台兩位服務很主動很熱情，個人覺得性價比蠻高。出差的好去處

掛羊頭賣狗肉，和如家一毛錢關係沒有。酒店是老舊酒店改造的，異味很嚴重。網上的圖和實際嚴重不符。

這次在羅平的住宿還是讓我很不滿的，本來我是衝著“如家派柏·雲”這幾個字預訂的，沒想到入住之後讓我失望至極，大門和前台絕對是顯得很乾凈、氣派，樓道乍一看也讓你感覺有點兒檔次，但千萬別看客房，啥也不是。優點1：有專用停車場，在樓後的院子裏。優點2：床鋪有電褥子。優點3：有電梯。優點4：空調很給力。（後面兩點居然都成了優點了，否則找不出來什麼了。）缺點1：房間設備陳舊、破損。缺點2：衞生間積水、發黴，洗澡設備漏水嚴重。缺點3：客房空氣不流通，有異味兒（總有一股鹹腥的味道）。缺點4：環境嘈雜，樓外的街道一有車輛通過，噪音很大。缺點5：最不能讓人容忍的是WiFi信號時有時無，直説吧幾乎就是沒有，住了一天使的都是自己的流量偶爾蹭蹭樓下商户的WiFi，信號也不好，但總比沒有強啊！綜上所述：無論出差還是旅居，這家賓館能不住就別住，別被他家的名號所矇蔽，周圍的賓館有的是，您再走走看。

一路過來住的最差的一家酒店，房間破舊，性價比太低了，地毯都有包漿了，浴簾都發黴了，浴室也沒有乾濕分開，房間門窗户隔音非常差！就這房間還2百多，還不如小旅館的性價比高！
