公寓房性價比超高，房間衞生乾淨，兩室一廳一廚一衞。臨街有四棟樓，左側兩棟是3、4棟樓，導航有錯誤。4棟208室是管家的房間。
兩間卧室有都有空調，1.5米的床，床墊柔軟舒適，床品乾淨整潔。
廚房很乾凈，好像沒人做飯，配備了農夫山泉礦泉水，一次性杯子。
衞生間配有洗衣機，洗漱用品齊全，品質不錯。熱水是燃氣熱水器，放一會兒就有熱水。吹風機是高速的，好用。
客廳有冰箱，電視，房間有WIFI。
大門和房門都是密碼鎖，管家加微信告知。
缺陷是沒有掛衣服的地方，房子在路邊可以聽到車聲，夜裡很少有車過。
停車電子計費，白天：2元/小時，六元封頂；夜間：5元封頂。相對便宜的房價，停車費可以忽略。
真的很值的公寓，可以住四個人。離龍泉古鎮幾公里，很好走。往南幾公里有個食草堂藝術小鎮，那裡有傢俬房菜價格不貴，菜品質量不錯。

房間比較温馨，衞生還可以，小巧的公寓，不過，附近有建工的地方，晚上睡覺有點吵，最重要的是，攜程上訂，用積分兑換的歡迎水果🍉，後來管前台要的，結果就幾個小吃，嗚嗚

物美價廉！房間很寬闊，設施齊全，乾淨整潔！完全超出了我的預期！沒有早點一點不是事兒，2公里有個集貿市場，哪裡有，而且正好可以逛逛早市。服務也很周到熱情！很好的入住體驗，各位朋友，去龍泉古鎮選這家就對了！

非常好，大家都來住！！我們一家自駕游到雲南，回來路過石家莊選了這家酒店，走了一圈住的所有酒店裡，這個家可以排前2，真的非常好！！！特別乾淨，而且應有盡有，連洗面奶都有，也有地暖，停車費給報銷，智能門鎖，真的挑不出毛病，主要是這個價格，能住這麼好的酒店，沒得挑了！！！！
