frightening experience living here. A random guy rushed into the room to "ask" for WIFI password. They pretended to be the hostel guests. Not sure if they were about to burgle. I reported this weird incident to the staff, but they didnt give a fxxk to it. Eventually, i booked another hotel at my own cost as he was unwillingly to change a room for me.

Located 15 mins walking distance to Lucern train station. It had everything we needed but no facial tissue and only one towel per person. Our stay was great and the host who helped with check in was friendly.

Spacious

The apartment is good. It feels like home. We got the Taurus 1 apartment which was a 2 bed apartment easy for 4-6 people.

Good & convenient

It was a decent stay overall. Location was a little too far out, but with the buses available it was still fine. A little too quiet at night. Room size was just alright. Was able to walk around freely. However, room was kind of dusty and dirty. Also, room has cigarette smell despite room is a non smoking room. Toilet is a little dark. Other than that, it is usable. Did not use the kitchenette so could not comment on that. Had to wait for a while to check in due to everyone checking in the same timing. Besides that, service is good. Lights were flickering. Upon bringing the matter up, someone came to fixed it. When mentioned about the cigarette smell in the room, air freshener was given.

The location is extremely remote. There is no front desk. The service is very poor. Cancellation is not allowed. I arrived too early and could not contact anyone. I was extremely disappointed. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station. There are mosquitoes in the room. The shower is full of water. Only stay for one night, otherwise you will go crazy.

As a B&B-style hotel, the family room we booked is more practical, with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with a shower room. There is enough space for a family to live together, warm and comfortable. However, if you are traveling with friends, it is not very convenient. In the morning, when everyone has to wash and use the bathroom, the waiting time is really a bit long, which will delay a lot of itinerary arrangements. The check-in process is really not worry-free. There is no convenient password lock to get the key directly, and there is no conspicuous reception guide. After arriving, you can only call the management staff. If you don't speak the language, it will be more troublesome, so you have to find a platform to deal with it. The hotel is hidden in a building in a residential area, mixed with ordinary residents. The surrounding streets are quiet, but if you don't pay attention, you will go to the wrong unit entrance door. It is quite difficult to find it. It would be better if you can put more effort into the check-in guide. However, it is worth praising that the hotel's sanitation is well maintained, the room is clean, the bed is tidy, and the bathroom has no peculiar smell, which makes people feel more at ease. And there is no scary situation of someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night in other reviews, so there is still a sense of security. In general, Galaxy Apartment Hotel has room types suitable for family living and good hygiene and safety guarantees, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the convenience of check-in.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but the location is a bit hard to find. The landlord waits for you downstairs during his walks around the area. If you can't find it, you can call him. There is parking available nearby for 67 RMB per night.

1. The room was filthy, the floor was so sticky I could slippers. There was only one electric fan, and it didn't work. The bathroom flooded with water every time I showered, and the shower room was poorly designed. The bedroom door lock was broken. 2. Reviews said there were supermarkets nearby, but there weren't. The closest one was at Lucerne Train Station, a 40-minute walk there and back. 3. There was no sign outside the hotel, like in a residential building in China. You had to call to contact the staff. 4. The elevator was tiny, only enough for four people. 5. Although I read the reviews before booking and thought a 1-star rating was unacceptable, after checking in, I felt the 1-star rating was spot on. 6. I left early. I will never stay here again. Although there were no other hotels available when I booked, I'd definitely consider rescheduling if the situation persists.

The room is very big and there is a parking building not far away, which is very convenient!
