We appreciated our stay at the hotel, as the room and facilities were generally good, especially the swimming pools. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. However, we did encounter an issue with the flushing toilet, which seemed to require some maintenance. The thin toilet paper provided was even not suitable for disposal in the toilet. We needed to go to the washroom in the lobby. We thus recommend that this be checked for future guests to ensure a better stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to see improvements in these areas next time.

Recently stayed at The Parisian Macao, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel truly lives up to its Paris-inspired theme, with the stunning replica of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Parisian Macao is not just a hotel but also an attraction itself. Highly recommended! 🌟

This was my first stay at StarWorld Hotel in Macau, and the experience was truly excellent, from the service to the facilities! If you’re planning to spend most of your time at the hotel, it will definitely meet your needs. There are also plenty of dining options and facilities within the hotel, making it very convenient. In addition, the hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from the hotel, as well as free buses to popular attractions, which makes the overall experience very thoughtful.

**5-Star Hotel Review: The Grand Luxe Hotel** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at The Studio City Hotel! The lobby was beautiful, and the staff welcomed me with smiles and sweet popcorn snacks. Our room was comfy and stylish, with a great view of the water park. I loved the spacious twin beds where my kids and I slept. Dining was a delight! The restaurant had a fantastic menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with fresh fruits and pastries. The Water Park was amazing! Though a little bit pricey, my kids enjoyed everything. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Overall, The Studio City Hotel provided an outstanding experience with excellent service. I can't wait to return!

The service was excellent, and they offered a generous array of complimentary perks. The room cleanliness was top-notch, and housekeeping was incredibly thoughtful, providing handy items like cable organizers, various small mats, and even welcome cards – such considerate touches! During our stay, we enjoyed unlimited access to the Grand Resort Deck. Its entrance is conveniently right next to the kids' play zone. I'd suggest visiting after 6:15 PM to avoid the strong sun. However, we weren't allowed to use the outdoor heated pool; we were informed it's exclusively for Galaxy Hotel guests. The Grand Resort Deck itself is a massive aquatic area linking three hotels, so it can be quite a walk to get around. The signposting isn't very clear either. If you're aiming to experience it all in one go, I'd advise an early start.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! I brought my parents along, and the hotel generously gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The staff, especially Jonas, was incredibly friendly and the service was perfectly arranged. The hotel facilities are top-notch and fully equipped. There’s even a trendy tea shop and an ice cream store that kids will absolutely love. My whole family—from the little ones to the grandparents—had a fantastic time enjoying all the amenities. The receptionists were beyond polite—gracious, attentive, and consistently warm throughout our stay. The entire team went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The hotel service is very good because they took care of our needs during typhoon no.10. They forget to put shampoo, conditioners, and body wash in the bathroom, but they gave us back promptly. The hotel location is quite far away and transportation is also not as convenient as galaxy. The price is fair though, you got what you paid.

She made eye contact, smiled genuinely, and was happy to accommodate my complex payment requests. Additionally, ”Kent” escorted us to my room and explained the stunning view while sharing what makes the Grand Hyatt Macau unique. He also provided us with excellent sightseeing advice, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kent consistently greeted me with a smile, and even when I passed by him at reception, he maintained that same warm attitude and said hello. I have stayed at many hotels, but staff like Kent are unique. By anticipating our needs, he provided a sense of comfort and peace of mind throughout our stay. Thanks to him, I truly enjoyed our trip from start to finish.

Our trip to Macau this time was primarily a family vacation with our children, and the Four Seasons Hotel was absolutely fantastic, fully equipped with everything for kids. This included children's toiletries, bed rails, kids' bathrobes, slippers, and even a small play tent. Upon check-in, they gifted our child a little kangaroo stuffed animal and a kangaroo picture book (these are also complimentary at any of the Four Seasons' restaurants). The hotel boasts five swimming pools, three of which are perfect for toddlers and young children. The pools also provide various swimming aids and complimentary fruit ice cream. The hotel's location is also excellent, being very close to other hotel clusters, which allowed us to easily visit and explore several nearby hotels. The staff were all incredibly friendly, consistently greeting us warmly throughout our stay.
