Very good hotel nearby Madrid Atocha railway station, place is good. Hotel servicing is very nice.

Easy check in. Spotlessly clean room. Very comfy beds and pillows and nice toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and a selection of gluten free items were available.There was a programme of activities for anyone who wanted to connect with other travellers. 3 minutes walk from Atocha train station.

The worst hostel I have ever visited. No security, at the reception during checking in I was robbed and the staff did nothing. No prevention, zero empathy!!! They put the blame on the customer not to be attentive

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Private 3 person room, spacious and the fold out lounge was very easy to fold out. Also loved having a small balcony. Only downside is the doors for the shower and toilet are almost see through and very thin so there is no sound proofing. Hope you are close with your friends haha.

Very good basic hotel. We stayed for one night between travelling from Barcelona to Malaga. None of the extra luxuries you find in 4 and 5 star hotels but good size double room and very clean. Excellent breakfast and very convenient for the railway station. Happy to highly recommend. Excellent value.

El trato es nefasto, querían dejar a una niña de 15 años en la calle por no tener DNI físico, si que teníamos una foto del DNI . Encima nos dijeron que nosotros (los padres) no teníamos ningún problema para hospedarnos pero que la niña no podía, creo que tienen que hacer un examen de coeficiente intelectual al personal, no se si se pensaban que le ibamos a dejar a la niña pasando la noche en la calle... Tuvimos la suerte de encontrar otro hotel que si admitieran una foto del DNI.

Siamo stati ospiti con due classi superiori e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'ostello è pulito e molto bello. Le regole della struttura (nessun rumore nelle stanze e nei corridoi, niente fumo e alcool nelle stanze) sono state un utile supporto. In caso di disturbo il personale interviene. Ci sono degli spazi comuni dove i ragazzi posso passare tempo insieme e la sera ci sono talvolta dei piccoli eventi nella sala comune (musica dal vivo...). Vicino a tutti i musei, 25 minuti da Plaza Mayor.

Pro: Lugar muy bueno para hosped**** por un tiempo corto. Desayuno muy fresco y con varias opciones para aliment****. Camas cómodas y muy poco ruido, siendo que está al lado de una vía de transito bien concurrida. Por ser nuevo está muy bien decorado y bien mantenido. Muy cerca de transporte público y de la estación Atocha de trenes. Recomendado para gente que se traslada en metro o cercanías. Contra: Siendo un hostal, no tienes donde cocinar ni almacenar alimentos. Poco incentivo para conocer a los otros huéspedes o realizar caminatas.

Muy buen lugar donde llegar. Tiene un restaurante con comida muy rica. Desayuno muy rico y abundante. Las habitaciones y entorno muy acogedor y limpio. El personal amable y empatico Es luminoso y muy cerca para tomar tranporte.Recomendable
