Melaka Hotels with Gym

The location is great. Food and massage places are nearby. The room is fairly big and clean.

Overall not so good. The front desk girl didn’t understand what I saying. The room is quite big but got smelly in the hotel. Most important thing is the parking!! There said 24h for Rm5 but need go to front desk first.but I already take my card go front desk when I check out the parking slot it deducted my balance for around RM21!

2nd time stay in this hotel,, ✅ Walking distance(in front of hotel) Putra Specialist Hospital, Orange Mart, Coffee shop and eatries shop nearby,, ✅ Cheaper ✅ Big and Spacious room ✅ Buffet breakfast super good and delicious🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✅ Free parking 24hour ✅ All staff friendly, kind, helpful and professional. I stayed for 3D2N, and overall, it was an okay experience. The biggest downside is the confusing reception area—it’s mixed with The Swiss Hotel, residential units, and a shopping mall, making it quite hard to locate. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a plus. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was just average, and unfortunately, there was a cockroach-like smell in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, and since they share the dining area with Swiss Hotel, things got messy during peak season. They separated guests into a different space without any notice, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent place but with some areas for improvement.

Very big apartment suitable for large families in an unbeatable location just opposite Dahtaran Palawan Mall and Melaka Raya eateries and shops within walking distance behind the hotel. However, the hotel needs some renovation as the kitchenette and wardrobe cabinets are looking dated, and it would be good to introduce a safer way to cross the busy street to access the mall opposite. There was no hot water in the shower during our 2 day stay, hope this issue has been fixed.

Had a short but pleasant 2D1N stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka. The room was just nice for two people, and the overall facilities were okay. The location is great—just a 15-minute drive to Jonker Street and the Red Church, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Shore Mall, attached to the hotel, feels slightly old-school but still useful. One highlight was the breakfast buffet—huge variety! Refill was fast, though the food was slightly cold (probably because the aircon was blasting). Loved that breakfast runs from 4 AM to 12 noon, giving plenty of time to enjoy it.

I stayed at ibis Melaka from 27 to 29 December 2024. The hotel has an excellent location, being within walking distance of the Stadthuys and Jonker Street, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, and the rooms were well-maintained. However, there are a few areas for improvement. During breakfast, coffee and tea were not replenished promptly, and the coffee bar was left unmanned at times, which was slightly inconvenient. It seemed the hotel was understaffed during my stay. Despite these minor issues, my experience was overall satisfactory, and I would consider staying here again for its great location and decent amenities.

Great location if you’re going to Malacca by coach bc it’s right at the pickup/drop off point outside hatten hotel. Hotel came with bedroom slippers, amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, disposable toothbrush, and bottled water which was appreciated. The room itself isn’t the cleanest because there was a lot of dust all around. There were also stains on the couch in the suite. Breakfast was just downstairs, simple but nothing fancy. Good part was the egg options. The coffee machine was broken for quite awhile on both days of our stay during breakfast. Met quite a few staff who were friendly and nice - cleaning lady on level 6, the concierge staff who helped us store our bags and guy who was fixing the coffee machines on both days. Overall an okay stay for a family trip to Malacca but would hope to have cleaner rooms!

I always enjoyed staying at Double Tree by Hilton. they checked all my list when I am considering to book a hotel room. ✅ Easy and free parking ✅ Near to the city ✅ Breakfast *chef's kiss* ✅ Clean hotel room and toilet ✅ Bonus Point: you got cookies! We got the kids suite. Some things that may be useful to others. Location. It’s a so-near-yet-so-far situation. We can see the main attractions from our room. Seems very walkable. But because of the highway right in front of the hotel, we have to go one big round to get to the main attractions. As such, I wouldn’t advise walking. We took grab everywhere. Waiting time may be longer as it’s not KL. Affordable option though. Grab drivers were friendly and recommended places to go. Room. Spacious for the 3 of us. Kid loved the bunk bed, little tent they set up, kids table and chair with colouring materials. Very thoughtful of the hotel. Toilet seems a little dated. I believe it’s an older hotel, but can see the efforts to spruce the environment. Bathrobes and bathroom slippers provided. Hotel amenities. Decent gym. Good enough for a holiday workout. Basic swimming pool, infinity concept. Breakfast spread was actually very decent, contrary to what we had read from previous previews. Service was great. Staff always did their best to advise and render help. Would recommend this room for families with 1 or 2 kids. Very spacious.
