Self check in was a hassle..have to take abt 20-30 minutes. But on floor 28 with a spa bathtub and a clear view to the city - i had a wonderful time!

There is no service quality and no front desk to serve you. All through information. In addition, there is no light in the toilet. It is broken. No room change or replacement. They just leave it alone. The second room has only one room card, which is very inconvenient. If you want to go swimming, smoking or convenience stores, you must be accompanied by your whole family because the elevator can only be used with a room card. Very bad experience
没有服务素质 也没有前台为你服务全部通过信息。再来厕所没有灯 ,已经坏了没有换房间也没有换人来维修.他们只是放任不管.第二房间只有一张房卡 非常不方便 当年要去游泳,抽烟还是便利店 必须全家人陪同因为电梯必须使用房卡才可以使用 非常差的体验

Check in at the hotel,is just a call away.The operator is helpful and the process simple.The amenities is basic.Location of the hotel is strategic and convenient.Only flaw is the leaking pipe on the wash basin that soiled my toiletry bag.Besides that,a happy stay at Greystone 99 Melaka.

This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway in (Location). The downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret, and the (Hotel Name) offers everything you need if you feel like you need to vent out.

This round is very different for me. Too much term and condition. . Deposit refunds have to wait for 2 weeks or more. strangeness with them even I was a regular with this owner

It was a little complicating for me when I arrived to check in, but eventually I got it. It took a little longer than I expected to check in, but once through everything was fine. The room I had was nice and clean.
I did have an issue with the leaking tap and reported it via WhatsApp, which seemed to be their way of communicating. I also reported via the Trip messaging site, but did not get a response. Thankfully it was not a major issue and I had another sink in the kitchen area to use.
Other than that, all was good.

Don’t ever come to this hotel! It’s under The Pines Hotel but rented out as an Airbnb. They don’t even inform u about the check-in process until u reach the reception, where they then tell u to contact the Airbnb owner. The whole check-in took me half an hour, totally wasting my time.
When I gave feedback over the phone, they even hung up on me! U have to collect the key from a place opposite the hotel and return it after. The deposit and refund process is also super troublesome, requiring u to key in tons of info.
Even though it’s cheap, it’s such a scam—don’t ever come here!!!
