We made the reservation directly on their website, we opted for the apartment with views of the city. We received an email to do the Chekin online and we completed all the information. The delivery of keys (which is an email with a virtual code and you open the doors through that email) is done at another address on Calle San Telmo 14, it is pedestrian, so since we went by car we parked and walked about 700 meters From there to the parking lot and then to the apartment this step seems strange to me, since we had already checked in they could have sent the email to enter directly! And the deposit could have been blocked on the same card I paid with! They have an agreement with two parking spaces that cost €18 per day (you have to buy the ticket where you do the Chekin or at any hotel in their chain). The apartment is very, very central!! You have Larios Street just a 4' walk away, and bars, shops and restaurants on foot from the apartment. The place is small but cozy, it has a minimum daily cleaning service, floor, garbage and towels. The Check in issue makes me not give it 5 stars!
