Tropic Park

Stayed here B&B with 7 friends over 4 nights... Some of the reviews are lunatic. It's a clean,updated,3 star in a mainly Spanish holiday resort. The rooms are a good size,(114)clean,everything works,Tv,fridge,lighting,the bathroom was modern and hot water was always available. Wouldn't do full board personally.... breakfast was good, fruit,pastries,cereals etc.(If you want a full English,go find an expats bar) I speak a little Spanish and the staff seemed to appreciate the attempt.... I found them very helpful and friendly. The cleaners are all Spanish speakers. The beach is really a stones throw away....decent restaurants and bars for all,Dutch,English and Spanish mostly. You're in Spain,its not the same as England or Benidorm.... If you start the eastenders style ranty Brit you'll get nowhere. They'll blank you and switch off,frankly you deserve it. The pool is right under the sun in June....far wall in the morning, whole pool from 10-4,then the bar side in the evening. Slept well,you always get cleaner noise because the floors are tiled....not carpet. Imagine being at work and some angry faced customer ranting at you in a language you don't understand....then maybe you'll understand some of the low reviews.

Tropic park is ‘ok’ to stay the rooms are fine but noisey. What I like the most is the buffet in the evening. The food is really good! The staff helps but doesn’t look very happy to work there.. Finally the location is good, right across the beach at the boulevard and near a train station

Had a great stay here in October. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is close to everything. Not much entertainment but I guess that was due to the time of the year. The entertainment that was on during our stay was great. Rooms are spotless but a bit tired. Bed was a bit hard, but we got used to them. Air con wasn't working the first day, but it worked for the rest of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was such a wonderful experience for my husband and I. Right from the reception to our room on the 4th floor. It was awesome. The lifts are in a very good condition. Our bedroom was amazing with air condition. Nice showers with high pressure and the little second shower system as well, very handy indeed. Now to the real bits , amazing meals . Three buffet meals a day, varies from intercontinental foods to English meal. Eat as much as you want indeed. Wow!! All the staff were pleasant and lovely. The staffing level were excellent and there were diversity of staff. We only spent 4 days in total but it felt as if we were there forever. A huge thanks to our Wonderful daughter who booked this exceptional holiday for us in Tropic pack Hotel. We also witnessed two beautiful birthday celebrations with some of the holiday clients like us in our 4 days short stay. Therefore, I am more than glad to recommend Tropic park Hotel to all my family, friends and colleagues from the UK snd environs. Love from my husband that is with me here. God bless. Cheers Joyxx

Where to start!!. Let me start with Hotel Manager Martha- This lady made our stay one of the most memorable Holiday experiences my Family and I have ever had!! It was my Husband's and I twenty year wedding anniversary. Not only did Marta arrange a luxury room for us but she arranged a full day of treats for us. On one of the days, we awoke to an amazing card for my Husband and I with a beautifully wrapped package of heart marshmallows. She had reserved a table for my Family in the restaurant with roses, hearts and rose petals strewn on the table. They then proceeded to produce a huge freshly baked cake with whilst singing to us along with a complimentary bottle of brut champagne!!. It was absolutely surreal!!. Restaurant manager, Lola was a superstar and took photos with us and made sure everything was absolute perfection!!. It was really like getting married again!!!. The waitress who served us was also so kind and obliging and made sure we had everything. We were treated better than royalty!. Thank you Marta and Lola. We will never every forget the experience you gave us that night and for the entire Holiday. It was unbelievable!!. The Hotel itself was right beside the Supermarket, Beach and ***** and an amazing location for the two teenagers that we had with us. My Son and Daughter went clubbing every night and had an absolute ball. Special thanks to the Night Porter for being so kind to my Children and always smiling. He is an amazing representative of the Hotel. The Ladies who work in accommodation are also so kind, caring and happy to come back to clean the room if you are sleeping late (my Family always do this on Holiday). My favorite part of the Hotel was definitely the roof top terrace with amazing panoramic views of the beach, sea and surrounding areas and also because it was for over 18's only. I found it to be such an amazing relaxing and restful experience and I went there every day. The beach across the road cost me 21 euros for two sunbeds and one umbrella, so needless to say, I was happy to spend my time sunbathing in the Hotel for free. We will definitely be back!!. Thank you to the tropic park Hotel for one of the most memorable occasions of our lives!!! free. Everything is so close - train to Barcelona every 30 mins, shops, restaurants etc. I would more than recommend this Hotel and my Family will definetely be back for the staff alone.

well i was very excited when i booked this hotel as the travel agents photos certainly looked amazing!!! I think i was catfished as the hotel looked completely different. on arrival at 3 am i was met by an unfriendly receptionist who informed me i had to pay but it had been paid. The rooms have been refurbished and are nice but the walls are thin i heard next door showering and drying her hair every morning. The rooms are the only refurbished part the rest of the hotel is very dated. The food omg 😱 was tasteless and cheap meat was fatty queues where horrific to be served by the most miserable servers I ate out every night and didn't bother with breakfast even the omelettes where tasteless. Wi-fi was slow The bar staff where nice and our cleaner was cheerful and the location was perfect I wouldn't come back again it was not worth the money.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and the food was amazing! Iva the animation/activity coordinator was incredible! She was so fun and kind as we’re all of the staff. I was absolutely recommend this hotel!

Loved our stay,everything was great,spend a lot of time in the upstairs swimming pool ,the indoor pool was nice,we ,we're half board,so could have lunch or dinner,we preferred lunch,most of the staff were lovely, one man in the restaurant looked very miserable all the time,would definitely go back..
