The hotel's location served our trip's purpose perfectly, and the buffet was truly outstanding. It offered a wide array of food options, all included in the hotel's charges. I would enthusiastically choose this hotel for future stays.

Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

It was clean, the restaurant was closed in the evenings, but food available via vending machines if you have cash, if that’s what you want, however I ordered takeaway and the hotel, provided plates, cutlery and then disposed of the rubbish, they were polite and helpful at every turn and the breakfast the next day was lovely

It was my worst stay ever, mattress was very poor condition, start having backache at night , slept on the floor, not worth it in this price

We found the room clean, with towels and everything we needed. The breakfast was ok, the only bad note was the noise, which is not directly the hotel fault but of the people that were staying there. Nonetheless, it is a affordable stay with reasonable conditions.

The hotel was perfect for our needs.easy to get to and close enough to the city to make everything easliy accessible.
Staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean and just what you would expect,tidy and comfortable.breakfast was pretty good and plenty of it available.
Before our stay i had seen mixed reviews of the hotel but really can't see what the negative reviewers were complaining about.
We would happily stay here again.

Good stay lovely hotel
There was a crack in sink and found someone else’s nose ring on the floor
Did wonder about my discount with hotel . Com as downloaded app through my blue card but no discount given as am aware as told at the payment section
