4/10 Average service..charged us extra for 30 mins early check in. Extra charge for a friend to come in without providing extra bed. No water, tissue and kitchen utensils to use for cooking. No proper maintenance inside the unit.

It has a great location location. It is very accessible to train station and malls. The bed was a bit hard, it made me uncomfortable. Great city view. They have complete toiletries.

The check-in process was not smooth. I had to answer the bouncer at the entrance about who I had made the reservation with, but I was confused because I had not received the information in advance. There happened to be someone who was managing the reservation from this site, so I was glad that they helped me with the entry procedure, but if I had come at a different time and not met the manager, I think I might not have been able to enter. I think it is necessary to communicate other than numbers, such as what's up, to make communication smoother. The room had cockroaches every day, so I couldn't say it was clean. However, I think this price is very reasonable for Manila. The transportation is not bad at all. I will post this for the next customer so that the cleanliness and smooth communication can be done.

When I came to check in on the first day, I had to wait for 2 hours. They said that they had canceled the reservation on online platforms such as Ctrip and agoda, but I don’t know why I can still book it. I'm surprised, the customer has already made a reservation, if you don't accept it, why don't you tell me! ! Could it be my fault? ! Others are acceptable. To put it bluntly, I came here because it has small kitchen utensils.

Worst place ever. The place is dirty with unchanged bedsheet, unwashed towels, cockroaches everywhere. The host and assistant jessel are terrible in communication. They’re scamming guests for money. They even recommended me to do early check-in but once I got there i had to pay extra 100 philippine pesos per hour but didn’t tell me in advanced. The owner just told me all hotels are doing that. No explanation was written on *******. Even the caretaker/cleaner lilybeth mentioned that the owner enjoys doing that guest for money tripping! Don’t stay here. The neighborhood is terrible!!!!!
