Place was too dusty Microwave working but its not heating I report that when i plug the water heater it fired but no one comes to check

Area and rooms are clean. Safe and near by stores to have your needs. However, the owner is not responsive, not clear response and not answering questions. And until now I am waiting for the deposit to send back but no response. I am disappointed on how they treat the customers.

Very nice place at humugaway beach resort and very accommodating the staff.

Negative stay, unresponsive owner, room is dirty and has a bad smell. The room is basic with air conditioning, which explains the low price. Not a recommended choice.

The place is good for a solo traveller.

4/10 Average service..charged us extra for 30 mins early check in. Extra charge for a friend to come in without providing extra bed. No water, tissue and kitchen utensils to use for cooking. No proper maintenance inside the unit.

The check-in process was not smooth. I had to answer the bouncer at the entrance about who I had made the reservation with, but I was confused because I had not received the information in advance. There happened to be someone who was managing the reservation from this site, so I was glad that they helped me with the entry procedure, but if I had come at a different time and not met the manager, I think I might not have been able to enter. I think it is necessary to communicate other than numbers, such as what's up, to make communication smoother. The room had cockroaches every day, so I couldn't say it was clean. However, I think this price is very reasonable for Manila. The transportation is not bad at all. I will post this for the next customer so that the cleanliness and smooth communication can be done.
