該酒店停車場很大，前台接待很熱情，電梯上下很方便，房間大、設施好，採光、衞生好。還有可口的早餐。老闆熱情的介紹芒市的各個遊玩景點。自駕遊、出差、家庭遊、團體遊都是不錯的選擇。強力推薦！

差評！！！
餐廳個別服務人員缺乏基本的職業知識！
無理指責住宿的客人，對客人提出的意見滿不在乎！
居然説出：愛去哪裡反映無所謂！我見的多了！
酒店的經理言而無信！
自己提出解決糾紛的辦法不落實！
難道認為説幾句話就可以了嗎？
住宿三天，兩天電梯白天停運！讓兩位七旬長者自己走梯去五樓！
一早客人用餐、出行是高峯時段，工作人員用車運送布草物品，不允許客人用電梯！
酒店自助早餐衹要不浪費不應該限制客人取食量。
況且兩位客人取用的食物量並沒有過分！
在遭到個別服務人員指責後，客人提出可以另付費，該服務人員仍舊用客人聽不懂的地方話喋喋不休！

不知道當地的文旅部門對酒店是否有監管！
長此以往旅遊經濟換來的“金山銀山”將被推翻！

酒店位置非常好，去景點和特色餐飲都很方便。而且酒店有自己獨立停車場，安全便利。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施齊全但有些舊，不影響使用。熱水充足。早餐還算豐富，也能吃上雲南米線。有兩輛旅行團大巴入住。自駕遊選擇是很好的酒店。
