Ascott Hotels in City of Manila

Hotel vibe is very youthful. Hotel staff are helpful and enthusiastic at assisting. There’s a common kitchen that’s very useful should you stay longer. Location is good since it’s close to everything but quite apprehensive at night, alleys leading to hotel are dark.

The hotel was excellent in terms of the small kitchen and the complete amenities to use. Bed is clean and comfy, washroom is well ventilated with no smells, and strategic location in Makati which was walking distance to nearby restaurants. Most importantlt, lots of water to be consumed! Only downside is the lack of selection of the breakfast bar, and the coupon system which was confusing at first.

The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district. The area feels very safe. However, getting in and out can be a challenge due to extreme traffic congestion. It can take more than 25 minutes just to reach the hotel by car, even if you're already in the same area. Walking, it's only 3 minutes away. There's also some renovation work happening in the surrounding area. Despite these points, it's definitely worth another visit. The staff are incredibly wonderful and very cooperative. They also offer a very good bus service, which of course, comes with a fee.

Stay was comfortable. Suite was very spacious for one person staying. Hope the hotel was way more generous about the early early check in as my flight was in the morning. Location wise was great since it is near to where I have to go for business. Service was ok. Didnt really have much to say since i was out the whole day and back to the hotel to sleep only. Overall, if i have I would still recommend this hotel to my friend and family who is travelling to the Manila Philippines.
