The hotel rates they charged us were not reflective of the rates on their website. We arrived at 3:00 PM and our room was not ready. It was not available until 5:20, and the staff refused to give us a discount for the hours we didn’t get to use the room. They automatically attached breakfast to our stay, even though we didn’t ask or really want it. The facilities were lackluster at best, with the toilet seat sliding off every time we sat on them and the view being of a Walmart parking lot.

I stayed for one night. The rooms are spacious and with air conditioning, it has a small pool, the cleanliness could improve, the hot water takes a while or does not come out at all. The price is per room, not per person, however for the price of the Sailfish Hotel there are better options. Pay 1500 for one night, on the city express pay 1300 per night and it includes a modest breakfast.
