Location is great. Easy access to supermarkets. But breakfast was not much to choose between vegetables and bakeries.

The manager who checked me in on the afternoon of the 12th was friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to upgrade my room! The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time I am in Manzhouli and continue to be treated like a home away from home!
感谢12号下午为我办理入住的美女经理友善热情，主动为我升级客房！客房内部独具异域风情，有老式俄罗斯的建筑风格，典雅大气不失现代时尚！入住第二天，酒店也赠送了水果，这点也不错！值得改进的是，洗手间淋浴水温需要提高，我已经调至最高，仍不适应。总之，我高度推荐该酒店，希望下次来满洲里依旧能入住，并继续得到宾至如归的服务！

По качеству сервиса в Маньчжурии, уступает только Шангри Ла, но и цена другая. Номера атмосферные, сервис отличный. Часто бываю проездом в Маньчжурии в командировку в Китай, альтернативы нет.

房間空間比較小，前台服務人員説我們定的這個房型已經比較大的了……
酒店位處於中蘇金街，無法停車哦～需要自行想辦法停在附近的～
酒店前台在5樓，那棟樓裏還有辦公樓啥的…………然後辦好入住再到房間樓層，電梯裏很雜亂
總體感覺比較雜亂，然後還有幾個樓層是吃酒席的。。。早餐就在人家前天晚上吃好婚禮酒席的大廳裏。。。
總體就是混亂，房間小，悶。不太值一千五左右的價格。

前台和服務員服務都相當好，差不多達到了五星或者以上的水平，幾乎是有求必應，讓我們在異地感覺到很温暖，非常感謝他們。
房間也很乾凈，空間夠大，床和枕頭很舒服，唯一一點小遺憾就是隔音不是非常好，因為我個人對聲音很敏感，不過後來戴了耳塞也不受影響。
