怎麼説呢，豪華大床是新裝修的，有味道，商務大床房間倒是很大，但是設施十分陳舊，還是老式浴缸，衹能站在浴缸裏洗澡，對長者孩子十分不友好，毛巾竟然還用的上個酒店的，什麼金鶴酒店，發黃發黑瘮人

入住廁所有別人換下的臟內褲！！！
一千多一晚的房間，行李箱打開連下腳的位置都沒有。
旅遊旺季溢價就算了。但我們晚上7點才入住的，有足夠時間給你們酒店搞衞生。入住的時候居然在廁所門把手上掛着一條別人換下來的內褲！
送的礦泉水也沒放在房間，要自己找酒店要。我投訴有條內褲，前台壓根不迴應我的問題！連抱歉都沒説一句，直接忽略。

我們半夜才到滿洲里，想着將近1000的酒店肯定很不錯，想着舒舒服服住一晚上沒想到酒店的環境完全不能接受。一進房間就是一股煙味，我們帶着孩子出行，想着讓換一間沒想到沒有其他房了，衹能住下。桌子上面都不知道是什麼擦不乾淨，空調連頁片都沒有了。廁所直接水管就暴露在外面，水龍頭和花灑都是水垢。我們定的時候看圖是乾濕分離的淋浴，結果也沒有。性價比太低了。

酒店很大氣，四星的品質兩三星的價格，性價比很高，是一家全蒙古裝修風格的酒店，大廳有很多馬鞍擺件，有特色，房間很大，乾淨整潔，被子乾淨蓬鬆很舒適。
酒店位置很好，門口就是中蘇金街的一端，出門就逛中蘇金街，一直走大概五百米左右就走到中蘇金街的雕塑那，門口很多飯館店鋪等等，很繁華，購物逛街都很方便。

設施：設施暫時算是滿洲里最好的了吧，電動窗簾，無線投屏，紅米電視…
環境：不想出門的話樓下有餐廳，酒店位置在中蘇街，周邊還有很多特色西餐廳，去哪裡都很方便，離火車站也很近
服務：前台小姐姐們很熱情，態度超級nice，衹要對視上就會跟我打招呼，哈哈哈哈
衞生：房間很乾凈，東西一應俱全，連遙控器都沒有灰，好評好評
非要説缺點，那就是供暖太好了，屋裡是真熱呀🤣

呼倫貝爾之旅唯一的一個差評。
洗手枱發黴，房間一股黴味。第一晚整晚睡不着，第二天找前台一個女的，換高標的房間，服務態度很差，説沒有。提出退房不續住，很大聲説：你和平台説，平台能退我就給你退。
同行，有人整晚睡不着，孩子突然發燒又吐（毫無徵兆，沒有吃不乾淨的東西）

入住體驗非常差！設施陳舊，態度惡劣就不説了，晚上突然沒有熱水還不説實話，一直説是入住客人太多，吧啦吧啦之類，鍋爐壞了，偌大一個酒店居然沒有可以維修的人，評價的5分好評是怎麼開的呢！直接拉低對海拉爾的印象，慎重選擇！
