Staff was beyond pleasant to interact with. Food is really good, breakfast with many (healthy) options. The hotel is also quite cozy, ideal space for laid back times in the paradise of Maragogi. The location is also great as it is close to many restaurants, and right in front of the beach! Highly recommend!

Property is very well located, clean, pool was nice, view from the rooms were amazing. Staff were always very friendly and responsive. Carla and Andrea made our stay fantastic, gave us the best recommendations for tours around the city and accommodated any requests we had during our stay. The only small downside were the single beds in our rooms, they are quite small but I do understand this is the standard size in Brazil. Nevertheless it would be great if the hotel could upgrade them to bigger (double) beds int he future.

Top! Show! Excellent accommodations amazing friendly and helpful staff. restaurant was wonderful and amazing breakfast array. Pool and poolside cocktails awesome and well located. well worth the cost. Staff was so helpful in arranging tours and sightseeing when we arrived. Be sure to check tide tables to visit the natural piscinas.

Everything and everyone at the hotel was great from first contact by phone (just be aware that depending on the time of the day you may not have someone that can speak English). We had a great room on the ground floor not far from the pool, it was great, just the A/C was a bit hidden and consequently did not refrigerate as much as we wanted, but still, it was a great place to rest and have peaceful sleep. The only incident we had was that the first day we went to the pool they had run out of pool towels and they did not offer an option, thank goodness we had our own beach towels. Also excellent food, we had lunch at the hotel the day we arrived and also had great breakfast every day.

This seems like the nicest hotel in Maragogi itself. The beachfront room we had was beautiful. I also liked that they had bikes you could use for free to get about the city!
The only thing that I would note is that the beachfront rooms may be slightly closer to noise, especially during the weekend, with some passing cars playing music and folks chatting while walking by.

Limpeza diária e troca das tolhas. Roupa de cama e banho super brancas e cheirosas. Cordialidade e atenção dos empregados. Café da manhã bastante diversificado e de boa qualidade. Espaços do Hotel aconchegantes e dispondo de academia para quem desejar manter a atividade física.

Hotel muito bem localizado com uma infraestrutura muito boa, café da manhã poderia ser mais farto mas nada que desabone que oferecem. Receptivo EXCELENTE. Lucas foi um bravo recepcionista porque éramos 3 mulheres vindo de Sao Miguel cansadas…. E logo achamos Cleberson que logo botou as long Necks para congelar. Fabiano muito gentil, Carla, Sá um querido, Carla sempre atenta e Wadson e Iris sempre sorrindo . Muito obrigada 🫶🏼
