Staffs are really kind and the room was cute. Access to the riad by taxi is not so difficult if you use the way from backyard (from big street outside old town)

Had a lovely stay in Palais Tinmel.
The staff are very polite and attentive. They are very helpful. I requested for a surprise breakfast for my bf, all i asked was a cake but they gave us more. There were balloons and they sing happy birthday to him with guitar playing. We were so touch and did not expect it to be like that. It was a great gesture and we are very lucky. Location wise is good. A bit of a walk to the medina but we love a walk. Food was amazing too. Everything was exceptional. Our only concern was our shower drain was not draining properly but anything from that was amazing. I would recommend staying here. And would love to stay here again.

The decoration is very unique and the service is good, but it is too hot and I can't sleep at night. The water is also very slow in the rain. I am really speechless. The breakfast is average. I can only say that it is just a show. I will not come again.

The hotel is actually not bad, but the hotel is in an alley in the old city, and cars are not accessible. We have to drag our luggage in from the parking lot about 200 meters away. We asked the front desk for help, and they clearly told us that we had to do it ourselves. Moreover, there was a room on the second floor that had to be carried to the second floor and taken down by myself when checking out; the other two rooms also had problems with the drainage in the bathrooms. This service is so bad
