It feels like the hotel is a little old house, there is no elevator, and it is not friendly to people with a lot of luggage. I stayed for three nights, except for the pain of moving luggage, and the foreigner's service attitude was ok. However, it started to rain the next day, and when I slept, I found that there was a little water dripping from the ceiling on the bed. Although there were not many, the sleeping position was much smaller. We told the front desk the next morning and they said they would help us change a room. Because we were in a hurry to go out, we didn't let them change immediately, but when we came back in the afternoon, we found that they had changed our rooms and moved everything from our original room to the new one. Their work efficiency is good, but since we didn't tell them before we went out that they need to help us move things, they took the initiative to move our unpacked or open luggage to a new room. In this way, when we picked up the luggage, we found that the luggage was messy (they simply covered the luggage with the zipper in the middle compartment), and took some time to rearrange it by ourselves. Although I didn't lose anything, I was still uncomfortable.

Nice environment with view of the lake, close to Macquarie Shopping Centre within few minutes walk, Bathroom a bit small especially bathtub. Smart TV available. Room is considered big and spacious. Close to doctors appointment which was early in the morning so very convenient for me. Easy parking and good pizza

Next to Macquarie Shopping Center and easy access.  Room is clean and staff are family. Breakfast is not bad.

The hotel is opposite a large shopping centre and is close to train stations so is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. There is a kitchen with complete utensils. There is also a washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. It is very suitable for long-term travel. For permanent stays, please consult the front desk for reservations.

Quest Macquarie Park was a pretty good choice for my stay. The apartment was nice and modern, and the location was convenient for getting around, especially with the metro nearby. Overall, a solid option!

The hotel is located in a great and laid back environment. Away from the busy city and a short 5 mins walk to the Macquerie Park Metro Station, 25 mins walk to the Macquerie Centre, with Mac KFC and Asian Food Eateries located just opposite across the hotel. There is also a direct public bus from the hotel to Birkenhead Point Outlet and City! The hotel even provide the daily house keeping services throughout the Christmas Period, thanks to the team for everything! We hope to be back and stay again in the future 👍🏻

It is better than expected and a nice hotel. Lots of social areas inside, etc on level 1, a gaming room with tables so people can hang out and eat. The room designs are modern and super clean! Honestly the housekeeping team do a great job and reception are helpful. For those who are staying for a while - there are no washing machines or dryers in rooms so you must cash out your money and convert to coins to use the machines in the Laundry room on Level 1 ($4 per cycle).It’s also right next to the shopping centre where you can walk across etc Coles. Lots of parking available ($10 extra per day btw). Amenities topped up each day with extra water bottles & daily express cleaning done by housekeeping too. There’s also a bbq area on rooftop level & forgot to mention - in rooms you can completely hear conversations in the hallways. If you don’t like noise just keep in mind you will hear people talking outside your door💀 Also the pictures are of the Queen Bed Room. But either way would say it’s pretty good staying here and would definitely recommend.

Basically it's very complete and has everything you need. It's just a normal travel hotel where you can stay. The restaurant is also very good The only thing I can fault is that the sound insulation may not be very good. Sometimes talking or noisy sounds in the corridor can easily enter the room
