Qalaalti Hotel & Spa

Perfect staff. Amazing location. Spa requires maintainance, medical services section requires more privacy and silence. Entertainment is also on a proper level (at least, for Novruz Holidays). Seems that management of the hotel does a good work in comparison to many other hotels in the country.

The thing i liked the most about this hotel was its worker staff. wanted to specifically mention spa worker destegul aliyeva . Such a generous woman and does her best! Hotel overall could’ve improved some things .

This hotel is located on top of mountain. I liked everything here except meals. Guldasta was very nice and friendly. Reception staff is very helpful. Rooms are very nice. Swimming pool, spa, Turkish hamam is at the top clean and nice. Housekeeping lady was very friendly.

Overall it was ok but we will not go back there for sure. Food was very bad ( buffet dinner in Menzere restaurant), room was not clean when we checked in ( lots of hair on the bathroom floor!!!), no one was in the kids club to look after the child (2 visits during 1 night stand)…

The rooms were quite cosy and had a nice view of the surrounding nature. The location was marvellous due to the fact that it is located directly under a historical fort as implied by the meaning of its name (Qala-alti – under the castle). The resort offers a unique experience by providing a hiking path up the mountain nearby which leads to the fort. Note that hotel staff must be informed beforehand to unlock the path. It isn’t really recommended to take the route during winter months since it becomes quite muddy. Apart from the pool with a mini-waterfall, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath the resort also featured exotic baths which were seemed very unique in nature. Overall, the Qalaalti Hotel & Spa experience is highly recommendable. Truly is a 5-star hotel.

One of the best place to stay for holiday.Price was little bit higher but still affordabke.Personell very frendly ,service was perfect

Overall we had a good time with my family. Food was good, rooms clean. Personnel helpful. But I want to mention one hiccup: I reserved suite room for four adults and they provided two sofas for two adults to sleep. As can be seen from pictures, sofas are not same size and one of them is smaller. They suggested to provide extra bed with charge. It sounded not fair to allocate room for four adults without proper beds.

The hotel is beautifully built, the staff is kind but not always competent. Requests and comments are often ignored. About the treatment center - there is no real treatment, the staff is not competent and has no certification, I do not advise kotigorically. Lack of order in the reception and service of vacationers. The location of the hotel itself is great. The food is better than the service. When trying to visit the Tower , they try to create obstacles and earn money (the police at the posts forbid passage, motivating repairs). But when paying, they miss it. Recommended only as a hotel for a few days, but not a treatment. Отель построен прекрасно, персонал добрый но не всегда компетентный. Просьбы и замечания часто игнорируються . О лечебном центре - реальное лечение отсутствует, персонал не компетентен и не имеет сертификации, не советую котигорически. Отсутсвие порядка при приеме и обслуживании отдыхающих. Само местонахождение отеля прекрасное. Питание лучше чем сервис. При попытках посетить саму башню пытаются создать препятствия и заработать (полиция на постах запрещает проход , мотивируя ремонтом ). Но при оплате пропускают. Рекомендую только как отель на несколько дней, но не лечение.
