Poor quality hotel, bathroom with inefficient drains, lack of parking were the main features. Excellent breakfast, for the rest we draw a veil of mercy, also considering the price of 180 euros which is absolutely not worth it. furthermore in the room, right above my daughter's bed, there was a painting depicting a little girl, disturbing to say the least, similar paintings were also in the dining room.

We stayed here during a recent holiday through Shearings. For a 3 star hotel it was much better than I expected, could do with updating but that is just my personal opinion. On arriving I had an issue with my room which was very quickly dealt with and an alternative given which was very impressive. The staff were always helpful and friendly and polite and tried so very hard to understand our English when really it should be the other way round. I wasn't too keen on some of the meals, the continental breakfast was lovely, the starter buffet of salad and other bits was really lovely but the main dishes were not to my taste so I chose to eat out. All in all it was a very pleasant place ro stay. Ideally located as well, near to the beautiful beach, many restaurants and shops. Also an amazing huge market on Fridays. One extra bit, the hotel could do with some form of entertainment, just some music would have been a added bonus x

Although dated and in need of some TLC, we found no problems. Our twin room had super comfy beds but the shower room does need an update. We enjoyed the food, especially as there was a choice of fish almost every evening during our stay, sometimes fish was on offer for both first and second plate! Ideal. The staff were amongst the friendliest I’ve ever come across on my many Shearings holidays. Thank you for a lovely stay in May.

Every surface of the hotel desperately needs to be updated and looks like it hasn't been touched since the 1970. The carpets, bedding, towels were all worn and shabby. The beds were hard as a rock and the a/c barely worked. The only plus is that it is close to the beach. Breakfast was ok, but the 5 course dinner left a lot to be desired. The elevator can barely handle one person plus one bag so pack accordingly. Several of our rooms had bathrooms that had a terrible odor problem.

I pleasantly spent my stay in this lovely hotel and I was very satisfied with every aspect: the central location and very close to the sea, the welcome at the front office, the kindness of the staff, the welcoming and soundproofed room, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. I also had the pleasure of enjoying, in the large restaurant room, a truly tastefully presented breakfast consisting of a lot of sweet and savory choices. Congratulations to Lara for her professionalism at the reception, always smiling and nice with the guests, to Gabriele for her kindness and preparation, to Dorina for the excellent work done in cleaning the room and to the girl in the breakfast room who was very courteous and helpful . I recommend this hotel to anyone who knows how to read that the stars are not just written on a hotel sign but in the hearts of those who work there... Veronica

Stayed just one night. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately I slept very badly..very stiff mattresses..during the night woken up by a woman crying and screaming..small room with only a window..very hot..180 euros for a completely sleepless night. Courteous staff.

The claim to declare itself a three-star hotel is rather unfounded. However, I will start by saying that the staff and management were kind in allowing us to use a room that we greatly needed, given that I had had an "accident" in the water which forced me to spend a night in the hospital and did not allow for my wife and me to eat on the scheduled day. Having said this, I would like to highlight some elements: - the hotel does not have any parking, you have to count on luck and leave the car on the street - the furnishings of the room are basic and rather old-fashioned - the minibar is not available - the location is rather set back from the seafront - the mattress has a dimple in the center All this, at €200/night is reflected in a rather unfavorable quality/price ratio.

Small and quiet hotel. Friendly staff, especially the girls in the breakfast/dinner room. In the process of being modernized, but already excellent for the location. Worth keeping in mind for future returns to the area.
