ツアーでのお宿でした。部屋は和室で古いながら手入れは行き届いていました。食事は和会席で御飯も一人づつお釜だきの釜がついてとても美味しかったです。

寒い時期にお世話になりました。立派な作りの昭和を感じさせる広い旅館で、温泉旅館に来たと言う実感がありました。建物自体は古いですが従業員の方は長旅のねぎらいの言葉など接客態度も好感が持てました。お料理も地元の名産品、ノドグロやカニ、エビなどを使った美味しい物がたくさん用意されて堪能しました。特に宍道湖のしじみはお吸い物で出していただき澄んだ美味しさにやはり地元ならではの新鮮さに感心しました。温泉は言うまでも無く泉質の良さと広い浴場でのんびりゆったり出来ました。

接客・温泉・お部屋もとても良かったです。温泉は竹林の中にいるような素敵な露天風呂でした。 朝食は仁多米のご飯としじみ汁はセルフサービスですが、焼き魚や沢山の小鉢を個別に用意してあり朝から豪華で美味しかったです。量が多くて食べきれないほどでした。 玉作湯神社や湯薬師広場に近くて散策するのも楽しいです。 朝食のみのプランでしたが、近くに龍頭とそば富という飲み屋さんがあるので晩ご飯には困りませんでした。どちらも安くて美味しいお店でした。 近くのバス停から松江城・松江駅に行くバスが頻繁に出ています。出雲大社行きも往復一便ですが同じバス停から出ているので観光にとても便利な場所です。 島根に来て良かったなぁと思わせてくれるいい宿でした。

今年8月12日に出雲大社で挙式をし記念に玉造温泉に宿泊とネットから予約しました。 到着して驚いたのは今どきあり得ないレベルの施設の老朽化感↓ まるで廃屋のような佇まいでした。 フロント、エントランスも暗く湿った雰囲気、ルームキーを渡された部屋は ドアも低く中に入ると、洗面所も剥き出し、その隣にある ドレッサー？昭和感満載…。。 そこを通過し部屋に行くと20畳はある畳の部屋 カビの臭いが充満していました。 その原因は壊れかけているエアコンもどき…そこからの臭い 洋服をかける洋箪笥の中もカビの臭い… そして使用しない座椅子が何十個も押し込んでおりました。 一体、この部屋はしばらく客室として使用していたものとは 到底思えないほどの酷さ。 夫が座椅子に腰掛けるとバキッと音がして座椅子が折れてしまい… 襖の取っ手も取れている、お手洗いの壁紙は剥げている 何より部屋全体の空気がカビの臭いで君が悪く 気分を変える為、大浴場へ向かう 大浴場も殺伐としており、ドライヤー、アメニティらしきものも雑然と 放り出されており 脱衣所のガラスには小さなトカゲが張り付いており 悲鳴をあげてしまいました。 温泉も露天風呂に行くとお湯が滑っているような違和感 温泉好きの私ですが気持ちが悪くなり早々と上がりました。 部屋に戻っても相変わらずのカビの臭い… その日は大雨だったので窓を開けることも出来ず 主人とマスクをしてカビを吸い込むのを極力避けて就寝。 挙式の疲れで眠れるはずがあまりの酷さにショックを受けて 朝まで浅い眠りで疲れが全く取れませんでした。 朝食をつけていたので会場に行くと、我々以外20名ほどの客がいました。 しかし、私達が案内された部屋の棟には私達以外、他の客はおらず おそらく普段は使っていない棟に押し込まれたと思います。 朝食も冷凍食品ばかりで何をつまんでも不味い 昨夜からの疲れで食欲も湧かずでした。 ホームページを見ると大層、部屋も大浴場も素敵にアップされていますが こんな温泉宿で1人14000円もするなど悪徳としか思えず 過去も今後もこのような温泉宿には2度と宿泊しない 今後、予約を検討される方々にはくれぐれも私達のような酷い経験をしてほしくない そんな思いで投稿しました。
