Excellent service in time. I enjoy the hot chocolate machine and the others groceries. The pool is tentative.

Everything was great! The Service, Lounge/Dining, the pool and everything about The Mayaguez Holiday Inn Hotel and Tropical ******. Check out all of the nearby Beaches in Isabela, Aguadilla, Aguada and Cabo Rojo and our Famous Seafood Restaurant, Gonzalez Seafood Restaurant, only minutes away from the Hotel. My Wife and I enjoyed very much our stay in the Western part of Puerto Rico and all of the Hotel’s amenities and Staff. I almost forgot to mention Superior cleanliness. I’ve always said, the most important Job in the World is “cleanliness”. If it wasn’t for cleaning personnel, we would have filthy Hotels, Beaches, Hospitals, Airports, etc…etc… We would all be in filth.
