We stayed for 4 nights in October 2023. We booked a suite. It was huge. The price is only slightly higher than the regular room . The room was extremely clean , very nice and modern. It was in a quiet area. It is a 10 minute walk to St. James Church. The on site restaurant Al Dogi( for dinner) was only open to groups while we were there. As we were not part of a group we were unable to dine there. The breakfast was good. Catarina was very helpful at the front desk.

Hotel was not bad. Room even had a tiny safe. There was some misunderstanding at the checking with our booking stating that breakfast was included and it did not show in their system. They did give us breakfast at no charge, and breakfast was ok. The only downside was longer walk to church than we expected.

Amazing place. Very friendly staff.
The AC was blocked from going down under 25°, i called the reservation, i was expecting i will have to speak in harsh determined way to get help as it might be a hotel rule.yet 2 seconds on the fone the reception immediately asked if 20 is okay , and he lowered immediately. Good breakfast buffet, comfy bed, clean rooms... not so bad coffee.

Brand new hotel with spacious and modern rooms offering excellent service and personalized breakfast. Plenty of parking and close proximity to Apparition Hill. Great property for Americans used to modern conveniences. The staff went above and beyond as they had just reopened (most places close January and February ) and they even sent out for a wine opener and had it delivered to our room in less than 15 minutes. The road from Zagreb/Slit is state of the art with few cars. The road to Dubrovnik is full of curves and more traffic but a shorter distance.
