老家的酒店，非常棒，停車方便，早餐尤其好，咱蒙城的特色撒湯，油饃，辣湯，燒餅都有，而且味道絕對正宗，餐餐吃到撐

老酒店位置很好，老城的中心，早餐還是相當豐盛的，當地特色油酥燒餅和油饃sa湯都是敞開供應，小菜種類也還可以，套房含早餐三百多的價格，個人覺得性價比相當高了

位置和前台服務挺好的，衞生也不錯。但是服務員可以讓客房經理培訓一下了。早晨退房時衹是問服務員要兩雙隨身可以攜帶的一次性拖鞋，我自己隨手拿了兩雙，出於禮貌和服務員説了一聲。沒想到直接給我拿掉一雙，説我們有監控看到不行。我想問問如果我不退房打電話給前台讓服務員送兩雙拖鞋，難道不給嗎？我也知道服務員累，不容易。但是服務確實需要開會時培訓一下。

停車麻煩 保安每次都讓繳費 跟他説了外地車牌住宿的還反覆問我你開房了嘛？神經一樣 搞的心煩 。我車子都掛着外省牌還反覆問我已經開房了嘛？那難不成是來幹嘛呢？服務也不好 拉下東西問都不問，下次還是乖乖訂維也納了 本來考慮那邊老城區去吃一下童年的小吃 結果住的一點不舒心 房間小 舊而且到處都是毛絮 也是太老了. 體驗不佳 停車不方便 圍着人工湖到處找車位！車裡曬的發燙

這次入住真的特別的不滿意。還是服務和態度問題。
這次出行行李比較多，到的比較晚，兩個前台服務員就在站着看，沒有説幫忙或者給拿行李架
辦理入住之後，也沒有説幫忙推行李，重點是，給的房卡給錯了。開一天車樓上樓下跑了好幾趟，都沒弄好，給我一個電話説再不行打電話，但是打電話她們都不帶接的。
最後説抱歉房卡錯了。就沒了………就…沒…了。真是第一次見這樣的服務態度。
讓第二天給個説法，完全就沒有人問，就不了了之了。就這態度？？？？？
