At check in, I had to wait a long time until anyone comes to the front desk, even they saw me waiting. I am a platinum member, and there is a sign priority check in… really Accor ?? You don’t care why put the sign there? No welcome drink offered. The room is also very noisy. If you have a platinum member and put on the form a quiet room, they put you next to the elevator. At check out I want to pay with reward points but they don’t want to do this. As Accor put on their website I can use reward points on the spot in the hotel, but not in this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in.

In a sorry state, bathroom smelt rank. Other rooms are refurbished but the one myself and a colleague received were terrible and are really in need of a refurbishment. We still had to pay full price for the room.

just an overnight stay , but was impressed with the service ,and the commitment tosolve any problem within 15 minutes or get your stay for free .

Suite à la perte de mon mobile à la gare de Nancy, mon voyage s'est annoncé un peu difficile. Malgré l'arrivée tardive et sans le mobile sésame, l'accueil a pris en compte mes avantages de la carte. Le séjour comme toujours dans les hôtels Accord sont agréables. Le sublime fut atteint lors du départ, la desserte des transports en commun sur Mexy est délicate pour un samedi. L'accueil a appelé un taxi service de taxi qui n'a pas daigné répondre. Ainsi, Sandrine, qui s'avère être la directrice, s'est proposée afin de m'emmener à la gare, quand elle fut remplacée à l'accueil. J'ai pu prendre mon train. Du jamais vu pour ma part. Vraiment surpris, je ne m'attendais pas à cela. Le sens du service client est dans cet établissement que je reprendrai dès mon prochain passage.

Seul hôtel du secteur. Pratique et bien tenu. Attention propose tarif demi pension mais pas de restauration le dimanche. Donc règlement sur le site non remboursé... Sinon petit déjeuner correct ainsi que formule dîner. Personnel agréable.

Hôtel au confort moyen (chambres inégales) mais personnel toujours sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bon accueil. Bonne chance à Mme la Directrice, qui a récemment repris la Direction et qui est bien entourée !

Bonjour, petit passage dans l'est et un super accueil avec un personnel souriant, accueillant et disponible à toutes heures. Un buffet de petit déjeuner dépassant nos attentes avec du choix même en fin de service.

A l'arrivée, odeur effarante de cigarette dans la chambre proposée alors qu'elle est non-fumeur. La réceptioniste nous a heureusement transféré dans une chambre pour PMR, moins polluée. Bonne isolation phonique de la route et des clients discutant dehors juste sous nos fenêtres. Propreté ok dans l'ensemble mais par exemple le siège douche pour handicapé n'a pas vu l'éponge depuis un moment. Pas testé le restaurant. Personnel de la réception correct mais sans enthousiasme.
