Miami Beach Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel staff are very kind and help store luggage before check-in. The style of the whole hotel is Art Deco. It is very suitable for taking pictures. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and the price is very affordable. The room in the fitness area is very clean and exquisite, the style is particularly retro, and the sweet girls will like the facilities and the bed is very comfortable. I will come again next time😆

I flew in on a transatlantic flight and arrived miami @ 9:30am on a Thursday. Check in as most people know isn’t until 1-3p. I checked in at the front with Ana, and was asked about my journey and explained I was exhausted. Immediately she called over her manager, Valentina and asked for permission to check me in early. No additional fees, no hassle…so I did what you might expect and crashed for a few hours, but it made my day - so much so I asked for their names so I could write a review….thank you Hotel Croydon’s Ana and Valentina!

We booked this hotel for 3 nights on Booking.com, where it was advertised as a 4 star hotel. The hotel itself is ok but it is definitely not 4 star. Location is pretty good and is close enough to walk to South Beach and Ocean Drive. The reception area is pleasant enough and the staff were ok (they were a little blunt but we found a lot of people on Miami Beach to be like that). Beware that they take a $100 deposit for the minibar in your room, which should be returned within 5 working days if you don't use it. We only checked out today so I'm hoping this will be the case. The pool was the smallest I've ever seen and always seemed to be in the shade (it's in a quadrangle within the hotel). We never went there and spent the days by the beach instead, which is only a few minutes walk away. The restaurant and bar area looks very nice, but in the 3 days we were there we didn't see one person in there. It was dead! The rooms were of a good size and the beds were comfy. The finish of the rooms wasn't great and definitely not what you'd see in a 4 star hotel, but everything worked just fine. There is a safe in the room but it is not secured to anything, which made it feel a little less safe! The bathroom was fine and had a decent shower. If you're looking for somewhere cheaper close to South Beach and you only plan on showering and sleeping there then I would recommend. However, if you want a 4 star hotel and plan on staying there all day to use the pool and bar/restaurant, I would probably avoid.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

This hotel was very nice. However, there were no bright lights of any kind so at times, it was rather difficult to oversee things like makeup application, clothing imperfections, etc. Also, our room didnt have very many mirrors. The bathroom door slides open and closed but does not close all of the way. Everything else was sooo nice and beautiful! The location is perfect as it is close to every thing and easy to find for uber and lyft! The GSA Sofia was absolutely amazing!!! She was so helpful and accommodating!!!!

I keep coming back to this amazing hotel. Location, room and service are outstanding. Despite the shortage of labor in the hotel industry, Lowes have full staff of amazing employee who made my stay incredible.

The street is a bit far from the hot beach street, but it is still walkable. There is also the sea within a short walk! The hotel itself is very pretty and the material is from Santorini.. I met the bar teacher in the room..It's quite sad...If you're careful about that part, the staff are also nice..(But a little bit..the kind of generosity that Koreans don't like.. )

We stayed at the Betsy Hotel from October2-5. The entire stay was magnificent from check in to check out. The Bellman Juan is simply incredible. He loves his job and has been with the Hotel for 7 years. His customer service can be rivaled with what you would receive on a Cruise Ship. He never says no and goes out of his way to go above and beyond to insure that you have an amazing experience. The head Concierge Paul is another member on staff that has been with the hotel for 12 years and need I say more. He's just top notch and anything that one could need while staying at the Betsy he's on it. The Hotel itself is Simply Magical I need not say more about how beautiful the property is you must experience it for yourself. From the beautiful Library to have some quite time to catch up on a good book to the Beautiful Roof top and Court Yard pools the Betsy has it all in such a sophisticated atmosphere. I will be returning as this is the only place to stay if you want elegance and peace and quiet without the stuffy attitudes as well as the BIG point hotels that are in ”name only” but can't deliver the Service or the ambiance of the Betsy Ross Hotel. Great Job to the entire Staff for making my Birthday Weekend one of the best.

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

I love this hotel! I stayed at Esme for 10 days on a business trip and I had a wonderful experience! The retro chic design and unconventional structure of the hotel make you feel at home and give you a great luxury feeling at the same time. The food was of very good quality and the amenities in the room were lovely but the staff was the best part. I had the chance to work with most of them as we were hosting some events at the hotel itself and everyone was very professional, smily and polite. I wanted to mention in particular: Eloise, the Restaurant Manager, Denny the Porter, Luke, Josh, Luis and Jorge all Baristas, Rachel, the Restaurant Supervisor, Juan at Concierge / porter, Andrea the Hostess & personal trainer and the Receptionists of whom I don't remember the names unfortunately. I hope to see you all again this year guys!!
