The view alone would be enough to give this hotel 5 stars! But the hotel itself is also more than deserving. They have everything you need and more. The gym is pristine, not a drop of sweat could be seen on any of the equipment. They have two restaurants, Western/Chinese, and the Chinese one has some of the best Chinese veggie dishes I’ve had. The hallways and public areas are spacious so you never feel it’s crowded even when the hotel os booked to capacity. And the room is also spacious, clean, and comfortable. Love it!

We stayed for 5 days in the Deluxe Duplex Suite. The apartment was really nice and thoughtfull decorated. Highlight for sure was the hot spring area with around 30 different pools, we went there everyday. Communciation with the staff worked quite good via WeChat and they supported us during our stay very good. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. However there were couple of things which the hotel need to improve or update: Private hot spring on the balcony of the apartment didnt worked because the hot water is not installed, the tea house and the pizza place was temporary closed, there was only 1 restaurant and despite it should be serving western cuisine it only had Sichuan cuisine, quality was good. The 1000 Spa was also closed. So there a many facilities and offers no longer available and they should update their maps and descriptions. Overall we had a good time there as a family with 2 kids, the area around is nice esp. Luofu Shan.

The room was past 11 o’clock. I went back to the room to wash. It happened that I was the first to enter the bathroom. A tingling pain made me jump away immediately. I found a few sharp nails on the floor. Fortunately, I reacted quickly. I went out to play happily, but I got scarred and went back. It’s not good. Fortunately, I advanced to the bathroom. The children stepped on it. There was no way. I took a taxi in the middle of the night and found a 24-hour pharmacy to sell disinfection items. Disinfect it by yourself. It was too late to disturb other people. Early the next morning, I reflected to the aunt who cleaned the room. Later, I also reflected to the front desk when I checked out. I showed them the photos, and the front desk also took photos. The beauty also gave the child a small gift. If it really hurt the child or I didn’t jump away in time, it would be a big trouble. I wrote this paragraph mainly to give your hotel a suggestion to work on these safety aspects. Do it more carefully, after all, it’s not good to hurt the guests. Although this episode happened this time, I thought I would choose to stay in your store next time I come to Mianyang, and hope to do better.
