The hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room. The pillows are not comfortable. There was very cold in the room near the window and old air conditioning did not help much to mitigate this. The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back. I would strongly recommend the staff not to touch the clients’ belongings and definitely do not cause such loss. So improvements in the service are really expected if we are going to stay here again.

Nice hotel service and nice location. Near the train and the bus station. They call it the Eternal City. Great location near the station, small room, have air conditioning. Everything is ok for me. But only 1 thing WIFI is not good very slow.

Nice hotel at good location near the busiest city area and easy to access all popular attractions. Breakfast is good and environment is nice . Room is clean and good for travelling alone

The hotel has an excellent location which is 5 mins walk from the central train station and bus stop to Malpensa airport! It also facilitated with lift for those with heavy luggage is real a good option! The only things is the sound proof is really poor, when the next room flush the toilet and u are in the middle of sleeping it is a nightmare! The housekeeping ladies are real very hospitality !

Service from the staff on arrival and during stay was very good and friendly, spoke good english. Breakfast options were good and had much variety. Only minor issue was the location and amount of plug locations within the room, as one was in bathroom, and other behind TV in our specific room. Noise from outside the room can be loud due to trains and other rooms along the corridor.

We stayed at the hotel for a night before heading to Como. Overall for the price, it was a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay for a day or two. The room was quite clean and all the expected amenities were available. The breakfast was also quite nice - again for the price. The only thing that’s a drawback is the location. We had to take 2 metros to reach the city center. Besides that it was generally a safe neighborhood. However, since the hotel is located right next to the stadium, I would not wanna stay there during game days.

The hotel room is good for 3-4 people and kinda huge. The location is not that bad though it’s not that near nor too far to the center but accessible both by tram & metro.
