Excellent service. Rich breakfast buffet. At lunch and dinner, fantastic food including local specialties freshly prepared by the chef. Direct sea view. The most popular and prestigious beach club is directly by the hotel. Only drawback, sometimes it can be noisy from the club.

To whomsoever it may concern, A fantastic experience, the reception, but overall everybody was exceptionally friendly, professional, and caring for me and my family mother with whom I stayed over. The Maître was and still is top-notch, watchful, diligent, and most meticulous in his and the other waiters/waitresses' professionalism throughout my whole stay. Nothing was exempted from being taken care of. The room janitors were never one bit oppressing but kept the room and bathroom clean. Whenever they sought the right and most comfortable opportunity to clean up the room they took it swiftly and quickly without leaving trace of them ever being there. I suggest observing their behavior as well as acknowledging their effort in keeping every room top-notch clean by giving out a free smile or greeting which costs nothing, and, not only to them but to everyone around as everybody is centered around making this the best experience you've had in Milano Marittima which not every hotel in the area provides or goes that extra mile for. This hotel is, once more, mostly known for customer care and kindliness, exterior beauty as well as organization so you're going to be in great hands. Partiamo dalla location perchè non è certo banale: l'hotel si trova in terza Traversa (centralissimo!) a Milano Marittima, di fronte al mare, con davanti il Papeete. Per chi ama la movida, la musica a "palla", lo struscio continuo, è il posto ideale. Scendi dalla camera e sei nel cuore della dance da spiaggia che tanti giovani (e non) attira a Mima. Ma c'è anche un rovescio della medaglia che non tutti apprezzano: davanti all'hotel tutto il giorno è un gran viavai di persone, parcheggi introvabili (l'hotel ne ha uno interno ma si riempie alla svelta), bodyguard già all'imbocco della via, musica a tutto volume, fuochi d'artificio spesso. Dopo questa premessa, doverosa, il servizio alla reception è professionale e celere, le camere sono non grandissime ma in ordine e pulite, gli spazi comuni (salottini, bar, tavoli esterni) sono davvero molto ampi. Colazione nella norma. Si ha l'impressione di una gestione familiare e non è certo un fatto negativo. Prezzi? Buoni per Mima.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per la settimana di ferragosto. L'hotel è situato in ottima posizione, vicino al centro e direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il personale è cortese soprattutto la cameriera Maria che ci ha servito al tavolo per tutto il soggiorno. Colazione , pranzo e cena sono a buffet, ma c'è veramente una vasta scelta tra tutte le portate (comprese i contorni). Inoltre la cucina ha soddisfatto a pieno le esigenze di mio figlio. La spiaggia è pulita e sono inclusi i teli mare che vengono cambiati ogni giorno. La piscina è grande e pulita. Note "negative" (se cosi si può dire); per quanto riguarda la stanza, anche se viene considerata "comfort", non è molto spaziosa e c'è la moquette che personalmente non mi piace. Inoltre la nostra stanza non era molto insonorizzata e la notte di ferragosto avevamo le tapparelle che tremavano causa mega festa al PAPEETE. A volte sentivamo anche i discorsi dei "vicini". L'acqua, esclusa ai pasti, in pensione completa costa € 4,50 (cad. bottiglia da 0,70 Lt.) e sinceramente mi sembra un po' troppo. In ogni caso, sicuramente ritorneremo anche solo per un weekend.

Struttura situata in una posizione perfetta , fronte mare , accesso alla spiaggia senza nemmeno attraversare la strada . Spiaggia privata pulita e ben gestita. Prezzi del Bar in spiaggia troppo alti , utilizzati i bagni di fianco ( ed è un peccato ) . Le Camere purtroppo sono poco insonorizzate e si sente tutto quello che dicono i vicini , male se come noi trovi vicini maleducati . Pulizia delle camere ben gestita . Ristorante di qualità ( mangiato davvero bene ) ma tutto al buffet , avrei preferito il servizio al tavolo delle portate per il primo e secondo piatto . Eccellente Lo staff che serve ai tavoli , su tutti Katia che ha evidentemente una marcia in più . Maitre di sala secondo me non all’altezza . Servizio baby sitter fantastico , un plauso alla signorina Fabiana , stupenda con i bambini . Globalmente una buona struttura , per un 4 stelle non sufficiente , spero si migliorino .

Albergo curato nella pulizia. Cibo ottimo. Personale di sala molto attento. Un plauso alla simpatica Katia. Posizione eccellente. Fronte mare e a due passi dal centro. Esperienza da ripetere. Un' unica pecca Il costo dell' acqua a tavola...credo che 4.50 per una bottiglia da 0.70 sia davvero eccessivo, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che mi ha lasciato perplessa Parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze Grazie a tutto lo staff Cristina Brusadelli

un hotel notevole sia per il cibo che per lo staff molto gentile. Ho apprezzato molto il servizio di asciugamani per il mare e la piscina molto pulita e accogliente. Tuttavia le camere sono un po’ piccole e per chi soggiorna per tanto tempo potrebbe essere un problema.
