A great 2 night stay with our grandson. Family room was lovely and the staff ever so helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Gemma in the restaurant who was so friendly and efficient.

Had a mixed grill with a rare steak which was cooked perfectly thanks to chef Cammy The waitress Gemma was very friendly and gave good service despite being busy

We had an excellent three night stay at the Premier Inn to support our family who have recently moved back from Canada to a house in Milngavie. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He was very accommodating by changing our room to a ground floor one near reception with full access as my partner has mobility issues. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is unlimited tea and coffee. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was very pleasant with dietary options available. Our stay was very good value for money and I would recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the area

stayed there on friday 14th till Sunday 16th in room 2 and left my husband’s Barbour scarf and hat as rushed out to transport for airport can u let me know if it’s there and i can get it picked up by family

Hotel entrance dirty,uninviting.the whole hotel needs painted upgraded. Disgusting. I have stayed in many a Premier inn and this is by far worst.never again.

Stayed here the night before starting the west highland way. 2nd stay at this hotel and both times were great. Comfy room, nice and clean and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff could not have been more helpful. Only a short walk up to the town and the start of the way. Would definitely stay here again
