整體酒店中海地產首次選擇，公寓型酒店大堂雖沒有那麼奢華，把奢華用在房間中更好的體驗。位置不錯，出門就是超市和餐飲小街，點點兒夜宵很方便。很方便。假期度假，房間價格合理，房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，空調給力。客房服務人員很熱情，主動打招呼。房間隔音不錯，1.8m大床舒適度平躺也不錯，房間有轉角沙發。美中不足，衞生間沒有排風設施，淋浴房一打開有股餿味，好在用自己的香香浴液遮住了。

環境很不錯，窗外就是江景，就是辦理入住的時候有點小折騰，五點多到的房間還沒收拾出來，一個多小時後才拿到房卡，後來前台的工作人員送了小蛋糕來表示歉意，雖然蛋糕不好吃，但心意收到～公寓和酒店的入住辦理是同個地方，電梯不同，早餐也是同個地方，早餐還可以，有當地特色的～衞生紙紙張不行，特別薄也容易扯碎，還好我們自備了～總體而言，自駕還是很方便

來福州出差，已經住過兩次，酒店設施很新，房間乾淨整潔，窗外江景賞心，印象最深的是酒店管理井然有序，辦理入住、退房都快速流暢，早餐品質很高，環境舒適。樓後就是生活區，餐飲選擇豐富，交通便利。特別感謝酒店前台Rosie美女熱情接待和貼心服務，很好的一次入住體驗。

春節在福州玩一天選擇住在了凱驪公寓，面朝閩江，位置方便。房間面積大有小廚房，春節期間性價比超高。前台Amy小姐姐人超好，還送了情人節的蛋糕。
