Very good. The front desk is very welcoming. The management staff are also very enthusiastic. The room is very soundproofed. I will come again in the future. I really like how clean it is, and the shower has great water pressure. It is also convenient to lots of downtown events.
Even though I'm a repeat customer, I was disappointed in the professionalism of the front desk staff and the room itself was bare bones. Only 2 towels, no towel racks, and only 1 chair. It did have a white noise machine which was handy due to noisy plumbing. I will choose elsewhere next time.

There was either a domestic dispute or loud endless shouting for hours. Staff handled once informed. Swanky looking hotel with a seemingly shady clientele.

It was a very nice hotel and great location. The hotel was a sauna though so that is my only complaint. Staff was excellent.

Room was perfect! Loved the suite with huge shower, tub, and extra half bath! Location is ideal and perfect for walking to everything nearby. Loved or stay!

Very convenient to theater. Not enough desk staff to check-in multiple guests at a time, especially when one was having a problem with the room. Heater in room was loud with lots of rattling.

Under staffed , embarrassing. Got there waiting ages for someone to help us. No bar because they have no staff. No room service because of staff. No cleaning of rooms because of staff. Poorly managed.

Stayed here after a show at the State Theater and would stay again. The Hotel was very clean, stocked with snacks and drinks, and the staff was friendly. Parking ramp is also conveniently right next door.
