タオル、歯ブラシなども事前に予約していましたが人数分はなく、接客もダメダメでした

部屋の匂いが気になった。エアコンからもカビのような匂いが。
タオル、寝具もひどい匂い。
床の清掃がされていないような状態で砂が沢山ありました。
冷蔵庫の管理、清掃も行き届いておらず非常に残念でした。
