Chambre vétuste et petite. Salle d'eau vieillotte. Porte SDE qui ne ferme pas et poignet qui risque de rester dans la main. Porte balai WC pas très bien nettoyé. Porte fenêtre très dure à ouvrir si on veut aérer. Dans le couloir produit par diffuseur trop entétant. Murs feuilles à cigarette entre chambres et bruits du couloirs comme les lits sont au niveau des portes. Il faudrait un vrai rafraîchissement des chambres... Surtout salle d'eau. À 8h petit déjeuner manque surtout baguettes et viennoiseries. Par contre très bon accueil.... Un peu moins pour le sourire de l'agent d'entretien.

The location is top and the rooms are really good and adequate. This based on our reservation was a junior suite with balcony. Breakfast table in the morning was super with fine selections and good stuff, The coffee on cans was thin like water! However, there was an expresso maschine for self service. We arrived by car, and since the hotel is in a pedestrian street they offer a valet service. Very good. The staff was very helpfull with anything, and also positive and smiling. We felt very good to stay here. The internet could have greater power, disfunction in busy hours!

We stayed two nights at this aparthotel, when coming back from Les Deux Alpes, before leaving Grenoble. This aparthotel is located on the western side of the Grenoble train station (but Grenoble is small enough to walk around). The aparthotel was actually quite pleasant. We were in a group of six and were given an apartment with two bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room. The apartment completes with a small kitchen, toilet and a bathroom. Everything was clean on arrival, but one toilet and bathroom might be too crowded for six people. It has the home-feeling for us and we like the place. The aparthotel also have gym facilities, but we did not use it. There is also a restaurant serving breakfast in the morning, but we did not have it. From the hotel, you can walk (safely) to the town centre (where most shops and restaurants are) located. I found the surrounding area quiet at night, but completely safe to walk around. This aparthotel is very good for those who want to stay close to train/ bus station, but at the same time able to walk to town centre. I booked it through ALL website and it was actually cheaper than Ibis Styles hotel nearby, but with larger space.

The welcome to revisit ..... when you arrive and you are made to wait for a certain moment, the time the person (man) shows to another beginner, the work, we can understand. But it is unacceptable that this person, before the client, reduces him and makes him very unpleasant demonstrations. He had to forget the day he passed through the departure box and moreover had to be bcp younger than this poor man who was like us very disturbed. HONDE to him. Shower mouthed, when you take it water spreads in the bathroom . The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. More noisy, when you have outside young people who disagree and are disputing until very late in the night...

Two people at the very available reception (I was lost in the new building and they came to get me despite a flood rain ) and competent. A very clean room, quiet and the hotel ideally placed for training at the Mounier High School.

I don’t normally write reviews but I am very grateful to the staff (owners?) Of this hotel as I arrived in quite a stressful state (a long story to do with the Tour de France in a broken down van). They made me feel most welcome and did everything they could to put me at ease. I stayed one day and was a stress monkey throughout which must’ve been quite annoying to them but they went out of their way to help me (they let me stay and sort out my plans even though the hotel was closing for that weekend) and were genuinely sympathetic to my plight. They are warm and genuinely nice people. I hope to stay when I can relax and enjoy it because it’s a lovely hotel.

Everything looks nice and new on the website. Alas, it's getting old and not being properly maintained. - The switch for one of the lamps is visibly busted -the shower leaks explosively at you -the top of your shower faucet comes off in your hand (it's easy to reattach once the surprise wears off, though, there is that). You'll get a basic but decent room discounting the very rank carpet behind the door, though, with a small workspace - that definitely a plus. The heater being located under the desk is a lifesaver, because it's cold in there. My main issue with my stay was not the whimsical electronic lock that takes 2 or 5 tries to work properly, possibly leaving you stuck outside, but the fact that when I checked in online, the confirmation email I got specified ”no check out procedure, just leave by 12”. Well, the B&B hotel chain should check with their local employees, because it promises you a place to stay until 12, the manager will come to rant aggressively at you at 10:12 and you will be out of there by 10:30, nevermind that you tried to explain about the email, he doesn't care and won't let you get a word in. I'm wondering whether he talks to all clients that way, or just short women travelling alone ... If like me, you chose that room because you're preparing for an exam and need the morning study time before leaving, you're out of luck.
