Laundry was very handy for our trip, is within the premises

The hotel environment is great, the rooms are good, parking is convenient, and we arranged a room on the second floor without an elevator.

The hotel is very clean as a whole, especially the hot water pool is very refreshing. The whole feels like a holiday cabin. Although the gym is very small, it is not bad to have a gantry. The food is a bit shabby, but the sandwiches are ok Not very get why Americans love to eat cold eggs so much....

Average service in a small place, overall okay

The hotel environment is very quiet, the room is big and clean, the cocktails in the hotel are also delicious, the surrounding area is suitable for morning jogging, one side leads to Fisherman's Wharf, and the other side is a park, very satisfied!

Overall it was a great experience. Parking was a breeze, staff was courteous, the room was cozy and the staff and dining area were friendly and took very good care of us.

Carpet was nasty and we were afraid to walk barefoot in our room. Hairs were left near the sink and the shower body wash was left empty leading us to believe our room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. The bed was lumpy and neither of us slept during our stay. Water dropped in pipes and toilet was running every 20 minutes all night long. Not a 3 star hotel. More like a 2 star motel.

I had enjoyed this property for three days. Especially it’s very convenient to get famous beaches. I think most parts good to me. Definitely come back again. Thanks!

The room smelled awful when you entered, old. The floor carpet was filthy. The hotel doesn't clean the room; you have to request it before 2 pm for the next day, but they don't notify you. The jacuzzi is closed. In addition to the price of the room, at the time of check-in, you have to pay $25. The total price of the stay at this hotel is an exorbitant price for the quality they offer.

Staff was very accommodating despite a power outage in the area. They made sure we had the ability to get in our room. We did have the option to go to their sister hotel. Excellent hotel and service

Room was very dirty. Long black hair everywhere in the shower. Staff seemed like they had better plans. Back to the portola.

The receptionist was not very accommodating when we had booked the king suite and came accessible. We did not book the accessible and we’re still not able to get a bath tub suite without a fight. About a hour and 30mjnutes of going back and forth before they could ‘settle’ and accommodate us. Ridiculous to say the least, it was a Monday night we shouldn’t have to argue with someone about why we should be able to move rooms when that’s what we booked. The beds were comfortable and the room was okay for a suite probably would not stay here again.
