Had multiple issues with key card not working, and only one desk employee to resolve the issues. Had to wait for about 20 minutes to check in due to lack of workers. The one employee was super nice, but she was quite stressed out with the key card issues and backup of people checking in. Not a great experience. Hotel needs more staff.

I stayed for a few nights because I’m on a work-related trip. The room was comfortable. I preferred a regular room but was given an ADA one because the AC broke down (humidity) in the original room. There are no single use toiletries except for the body lotion (ask Front Desk). I would stay here again for a couple of nights.
