酒店在喀山火車站裡麪，一開始根本找不到，問了喀山火車站門口的保安，告訴我直走右轉才找到。而且樓下沒有英文名，完全憑感覺上樓，到了樓上看到前台和照片裏的一樣才確定是這間。（圖片是酒店門口）
房間很大很乾凈，但是是在火車站裡麪，隔音不太好，一整晚都有火車站的廣播聲。
熱水很大很足，好評。
但是房間真的好熱，不透氣，沒開暖氣也很悶，衹能一直開着窗。
缺點就是前台雖然登記複印證件資料，但是沒有給落地簽的紙，走的時候問有沒有落地簽，説沒有。其次就是寄存行李要收費（應該是前台收到自己口袋了），到的比入住時間早一個小時，問可否把行李放下來，到點再來，前台A説可以，B説不可以。倆人商量一番説得付錢，A説50盧布，我思考了下説可以。B馬上説不可以，兩個行李要500。然後我就直接説那我到點再來。
以及重要提示：酒店沒有電梯！衹有曲曲折折蜿蜒的樓梯，要爬四層樓。

在一個火車站購車大廳裏，極難找到，轉了不止半小時，周圍商鋪都不知道，語言又不通，最後是找警察帶過去，如果不是警察估計永遠找不到，俄羅斯警察還不錯。房價便宜沒好貨
