Amazing
It is a relatively good hotel in the area. It is relatively clean and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The bar on the 16th floor is quite noisy on Saturday night.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself overall was not bad. The amenities weren’t terrible considering what you paid for, but it wouldn’t hurt to include irons in the room. I hope that the management reads this.. element to inform you that there was black mold on the walls in room 42, perhaps not on the walls, but at least in the restroom above the shower there was mold. I would give it a perfect score how did it not been for that.
Aamir bagherifarA beautiful and clean apartment with good service, a suitable size, and excellent access to the city center. Strong security and a very reasonable price.
There was also the possibility to cook, which was great for us.
It was a studio with all the necessary amenities — it was excellent, really excellent.
BBrusnika27We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic – it's a leisurely 20-minute walk to Republic Square, and there's a SAS supermarket about 500 meters down the road. Right across the street, you'll find two shops open until midnight and a shawarma place, perfect if you arrive late and need a quick bite. The staff were all very pleasant and always ready to help with anything. The breakfasts aren't lavish, but they offer a good variety, and there's always a coffee machine with brewed coffee available!
GGuest UserNice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.
HHuanjingLEEEnvironment: The location is relatively far from the city center. It takes seven or eight minutes to get to the city center or take a taxi. There is a health center next to it and it is far away from the main road. The environment is relatively quiet and the sound insulation is acceptable.
Facilities: It can be seen that the hotel has been aged for some time, some facilities are relatively old, and the rooms have a somewhat old smell. But the hygiene is very good. To use the hotel's SPA for free, you need to make a reservation with the hotel front desk in advance. The hotel staff is very welcoming and patient.
MMOHAMMAD AHLIPros:
The hotel was nice and clean and provide free parking space for your car
Cons:
not sure why they gave us a handicap room shower and toilet. It was not easy to shower
GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother
