ХХахаевич-ХудафуIt is a relatively good hotel in the area. It is relatively clean and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The bar on the 16th floor is quite noisy on Saturday night.

We looked for apartment only for one last night in Armenia. Location was perfect (near central square , around 200m), ladie supported our moving was so kind to provide us early check in.
Support during time of living is perfect, response for each request was very fast. The apartment was very cleaning , and there all inside for short anf long time spending.
I very very recomend this place !
Many thanks , we have a reason to return to Armenia now !

GGuest UserThe hotel itself overall was not bad. The amenities weren’t terrible considering what you paid for, but it wouldn’t hurt to include irons in the room. I hope that the management reads this.. element to inform you that there was black mold on the walls in room 42, perhaps not on the walls, but at least in the restroom above the shower there was mold. I would give it a perfect score how did it not been for that.

1) large area
2) amazing view from the window
3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air.
Minuses:
1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom
2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel
3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa.
4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).

ЮЮлия СтепИдеальная чистота, удобные кровати, дружелюбный персонал - что ещё нужно для отдыха в отеле? Расположение - топ, в самом центре, всё рядом. Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные.
И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

GGuest UserВ Spa Hotel Grace Forum Erevan уже второй раз. Нравится абсолютно всё. От приветливого приема до комплекса услуг. Номера чистые, уютные, комфортабельные. Первый раз брала Люкс. Второй раз стандарт, так как люкс был занят на время моего пребывания. В следующий раз буду бронировать заранее, так как тот номер очень понравился. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Персонал вежливый, гостеприимный. И доброго утра пожелает, и приятного аппетита, и с чемоданом помогут, и пожелают хорошего дня/полета. Очень приятна такая забота. Завтраки вкусные. Есть всё, что душа пожелает. В оплату также входит посещение сауны. Просто нужно на ресепшн забронировать желаемое свободное время. Кроме вас там никого не будет, отдыхаете в свое удовольствие! Если в Ереван, то останавливаться только в Grace Forum. Хотя бы попробуйте один раз и поймёте почему! Спасибо ещё раз всем сотрудникам отеля. Вы умнички! Годы идут, а сервис на том же прекрасном уровне! Это очень радует!

GGuest UserGood day)Rest in this hotel 2 days ,after Egypt decided to stay in Armenia .Hotel excellent :new rooms ,clean rooms,there are all the things (soap,shoe gel,shoes,tooth set,shoe slippers,tea set, tea set, water)Breakfasts are delicious .Especially if you book this hotel in the summer ,there is a pool that is very pleased .I will return to this hotel again unequivocally and I will recommend it to everyone)

GGuest UserThe hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother

GGuest UserСупер место расположения. Это местный арбат пешеходный, тут есть всё, бредовые магазины, кафе, обмен валют, подарки, работает всё до поздна, есть кафе и подземные, еслр погода не очень, музыканты на улице, красиво и огоньками украшено.
Большая квартира, всё аккуратно. Есть бассейн и спортзал на 10 и 11 этаже. Достаточно чисто. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, в том числе и зубные щётки, что большой плюс. Но в идеале добавить хотя бы губку для мытья посуды, когда на 1-2 дня приезжаешь, нет смысла и времени всё это покупать бегать, мы бы сами посуду помыли хорошенько, но не до поиска губки было.
Есть стиральная машина и огромная раскладная сушилка, для большой семьи отлично. Единственное, если поздно заселяетесь, по возможности заранее свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы обсудить как войти в здание, чтобы не пришлось стоять у дверей в ночи.
А сотрудникам рекомендация указать в ваучере отдельно номер для связи по вотсап. Когда из-за границы приезжаешь, связь через интернет обычно.
В отеле есть завтраки и трансфер, но мы об этом информацию увидели только при выезде😅.
В целом очень рекомендую этот аппарт-отель.
