Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The room was large, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, complementing the beautifully designed lobby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the ******* costume activity provided by the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Later in the evening, we relaxed in the outdoor hot spring, which was an incredibly soothing and wonderful experience. Dining at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. We had the mushroom hot pot for dinner, featuring impeccably fresh ingredients and a rich, delicious broth. The owner shared that ******* culture places a strong emphasis on food quality, often sourcing ingredients personally. Out of our entire six-day trip, this was undeniably the best and highest-quality meal we had. Breakfast was equally impressive, reflecting the hotel's careful attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Given the outstanding quality of both the stay and the dining, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The location is super convenient, right near the scenic spot's ticket office. We were able to park our car at the owner's place and take a shortcut. The owner and the auntie were incredibly kind. We were traveling with elderly parents and young children and hadn't packed everything we needed. One of our parents suffered from altitude sickness, and it was difficult to go out and buy medicine. The owner generously shared some of their own supplies with us, which really helped alleviate their discomfort. The hotel environment is also fantastic! Our room's window faced the snow-capped mountains directly. Waking up, opening the curtains, and admiring the view from bed was absolutely stunning. This is a truly wonderful place, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is hands down the best B&B I've ever stayed in! The service was incredibly thoughtful. First off, upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome gift. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless. My husband suffered from altitude sickness in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. We contacted the concierge, and they immediately brought an oxygen tank – truly amazing service! ^_^ The complimentary photography session was also fantastic. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend!

The environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

The hotel is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making it super convenient to visit the park the next day. The room was clean and tidy, very spacious, with comfortable bedding and plenty of hot water. The owner was warm and attentive, and parking was easy. It made our Western Sichuan trip very comfortable, highly recommended!

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

Not many tourists when I visited. The front desk lady kindly upgraded my room for free. The hot spring area was really nice. Unfortunately, it was raining, so I didn't get to go to the rooftop infinity pool. The hotel views are also beautiful; every photo you take turns out great.

Undoubtedly a beautiful hotel! The front desk, rooms, and dining were all decent, and the service was acceptable. However, I have to complain about the arrogant and rude reception staff and their bundled sales tactics. The room came with two complimentary self-drive tickets. When I went to purchase an additional child ticket for the same car, Ctrip showed it as 105. The reception immediately quoted 210 without much explanation. When I asked, they just rolled their eyes and said they couldn't verify it there! Only after checking into the hotel did I realize that the 210 included a child's breakfast and hot spring ticket. The problem is, my child was not feeling well and wouldn't be going to the hot springs or needing breakfast. She stayed in the room and didn't even enter the scenic area! Why wasn't this clearly explained when I inquired? Also, the hairdryer in the room was incredibly loud and barely blew any air!
