__WeChat244242****The hotel boasts an excellent, quiet, and easy-to-find location. There's an underground parking garage with charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. The environment is elegant, with a lovely little courtyard downstairs. The courtyard's style is truly fantastic; it's so relaxing to sit there after a tiring day of sightseeing. The service is impeccable; the owner is incredibly thoughtful. I had planned to ask them to turn on the underfloor heating an hour beforehand, but to my surprise, they had already thoughtfully turned it on for us without us even asking. The room facilities are also very comprehensive, with smart home features throughout, and it's spotlessly clean. The owner clearly put a lot of effort into the decor, and all the toiletries are high-quality. In the morning, the owner provided us with their homemade yak noodle soup, which was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Moreover, the owner is a wonderful person. Since dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, the owner even helped us look after our dog and turned on the air conditioning for our furry friend, fearing it might get cold! Truly, truly exceptional!
GGuest UserI was in transit during the trip and liked the decoration style of this inn. It was really well-deserved when I saw the real thing. The style of the room was really beautiful. It was said that the boss designed and decorated it himself. All the home appliances were smart appliances. Disposable towels and bath towels were also prepared thoughtfully, which was really thoughtful. Many of the small decorations in the room were handmade by the boss's sister herself, which was very good! The experience was very good!
MM55770****Service: We arrived in Li County from Chengdu on Saturday afternoon, after 9 pm, past dinner time. But!! We brought our own food and asked the owner to cook it for us. The owner cooked it for free and even delivered it to our room! They were incredibly warm and patient!
Environment: I was very satisfied with the environment. It was a small wooden cabin with a courtyard, with varying elevations. The soundproofing and privacy were excellent. The courtyard was well-maintained by the owner; it was beautiful and quiet. At night, I could hear the raindrops falling on the eaves, a gentle patter, and nothing else. I had a rare good night's sleep.
GGuest UserThe county town's B&B is at an altitude of 1,800 meters, which is a very comfortable altitude for a plateau area. I slept very well. The surrounding facilities are also very rich, eating is convenient, and you can also order takeout from Mixue Bingcheng. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is very rich for a county town. Just park on the roadside and the boss will help you move your car. He is a very warm and friendly boss. The room is not very big, but it is enough for our family of four (two five-year-old children). The rooftop terrace is the highlight, you can go up there to have a cup of tea or something. The night was cool and comfortable. But in public areas, everyone should just pick up their own trash.
AAnonymous UserPretty clean room but hotel was really old. It’s located near the entrance of Bipenggou but there’s not much restaurants/ supermarkets around. The front desk was nice and gave us extra bottles of water as we couldn’t buy water anywhere near the hotel. Pretty alright stay for 1 night.
GGuest UserThe environment is good, and there are many delicious dishes. The food is delicious and not expensive. What's more convenient is the tram charging.
GGuest UserI arrived on a chilly evening, and check-in was quick. The room was a unique camping tent style, but the interior amenities were top-notch; the underfloor heating warmed the entire space quickly. For dinner, I chose the recommended yak meat hot pot, which was generous in portion and rich in flavor—highly recommended. Soaking in the private hot spring at night, with stars in sight, all my fatigue melted away.
It's worth noting that the tent rooms have relatively weak soundproofing. If you have very high requirements for your sleeping environment, I suggest choosing another room type or bringing earplugs. Also, it's best to check the cleanliness of the private hot spring tub before use.
In short, Mubal Hut perfectly blends the charm of the mountains with the comfort of accommodation, making it a unique and high-quality choice when visiting Bipenggou. If you also yearn for a warm and welcoming place surrounded by nature, this is definitely worth a visit.
PPeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍
DDoufusangeThis Tibetan-style hotel is a real hidden gem! It features a complimentary public hot spring. Since there weren't many guests checking in that day, we received a free upgrade to a spacious suite with a private hot spring. Excellent value for money! The complimentary breakfast, despite seeming to be prepared by just one chef due to low occupancy, was quite delicious.
MM254555****We stayed in Bipenggou for three days and two nights, and this was our hotel for the first night. The hotel does have floor heating, which is true, but the floors were really dirty, and the elevator area smelled of urine. When I took a shower, I had already read reviews, so I knew to turn on the water 5-10 minutes beforehand to get hot water. My boyfriend didn't know, and I forgot to tell him, so he was shivering for 5-10 minutes before the hot water came on. Even then, it wasn't particularly hot.
Another issue was that when we checked out, the front desk was unattended. We left our luggage there, and when we came back to pick it up, the front desk was still empty.
What I did like was the floor-to-ceiling window. Waking up in the morning to a view of snow was quite beautiful. Also, this hotel was close to another hotel I booked, which was a plus. There were also places to eat nearby. We arrived at 8 PM, and there were still restaurants open. I went after New Year's Day, so it wasn't very crowded. So, even though the hotel didn't meet my expectations, overall, I still enjoyed my trip to Bipenggou.
