The whole estate felt like the proprietress was hosting everyone herself. She was constantly in the lobby and dining area, greeting guests during check-in and at breakfast the next day. There are also several adorable dogs here that immediately come over for pets! The amenities and breakfast at the hotel are excellent. The lobby offers a variety of snacks, all from Sam's Club, which you can just grab and eat. There's also a massage chair, a fireplace, and more. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer direct views of the autumn leaves. In the evening, the large pool in the garden is filled with hot spring water, and soaking in it during cold weather is incredibly comfortable. It's a genuine hot spring, and Guzhou itself is famous for its hot springs. Some room types even have private hot tubs. It's truly relaxing and helps soothe away the fatigue of a long journey.

The location is super convenient, right near the scenic spot's ticket office. We were able to park our car at the owner's place and take a shortcut. The owner and the auntie were incredibly kind. We were traveling with elderly parents and young children and hadn't packed everything we needed. One of our parents suffered from altitude sickness, and it was difficult to go out and buy medicine. The owner generously shared some of their own supplies with us, which really helped alleviate their discomfort. The hotel environment is also fantastic! Our room's window faced the snow-capped mountains directly. Waking up, opening the curtains, and admiring the view from bed was absolutely stunning. This is a truly wonderful place, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The overall service is great, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The hotel also offers a wide range of public areas, where you can enjoy coffee, cocktails, dine, read, and take in the views. The hotel is conveniently located just a ten-minute drive from the entrance to Bi Peng Gou Scenic Area. When I booked, I saw they offered a complimentary travel photography service. Since I'm not good at makeup or posing for photos, I decided to give it a try with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! The in-house photographer was fantastic at creating a comfortable atmosphere, patiently taught me how to pose, took detailed shots, had an excellent eye for composition, and skillfully edited the photos. I effortlessly ended up with stunning travel photos! So happy! 🥳

The hotel environment is fantastic, and you can enjoy beautiful mountain views right from your room. It's also super close to the scenic area entrance, just a few minutes' walk, so no need for a car. The room's facilities and cleanliness were absolutely beyond my expectations – highly recommend!

The environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

The hotel's location is very convenient, less than one kilometer from the Bipenggou Scenic Area. It has a large parking lot with charging stations, making it perfect for self-driving travelers. There are also many other charging stations nearby, though they are in more secluded areas.

This hotel has a unique ethnic charm. The front desk lady even gave us an extra set of toiletries for the child, which was a thoughtful touch. The garden is beautiful and perfect for photos. Every evening, there's a bonfire party where you can enjoy drinks, BBQ, singing, and dancing. The three outdoor hot springs on the 3rd floor are crystal clear and clean! I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

The room was quite spacious. The hotel's location is rather secluded, which means it can be a bit hard to find at night. The biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely its backyard garden, which is clearly well-maintained. There's a good variety of villas. I heard there are many hot spring pools, but we didn't try them out as I was worried about my family getting altitude sickness. Overall, the lighting is quite dim. I think it's more suited for elderly guests looking for a relaxing retreat than for families with kids, haha.
