The hotel boasts an excellent, quiet, and easy-to-find location. There's an underground parking garage with charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. The environment is elegant, with a lovely little courtyard downstairs. The courtyard's style is truly fantastic; it's so relaxing to sit there after a tiring day of sightseeing. The service is impeccable; the owner is incredibly thoughtful. I had planned to ask them to turn on the underfloor heating an hour beforehand, but to my surprise, they had already thoughtfully turned it on for us without us even asking. The room facilities are also very comprehensive, with smart home features throughout, and it's spotlessly clean. The owner clearly put a lot of effort into the decor, and all the toiletries are high-quality. In the morning, the owner provided us with their homemade yak noodle soup, which was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Moreover, the owner is a wonderful person. Since dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, the owner even helped us look after our dog and turned on the air conditioning for our furry friend, fearing it might get cold! Truly, truly exceptional!

This hotel is truly amazing! I've been visiting the western Sichuan region for three consecutive years, and this place absolutely offers the best value for money, service, facilities, restaurant, ambiance, and cleanliness. The rooms are designed with a business-like feel. When we checked out, the hotel even prepared a small gift for us, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommended! Oh, and to add, the breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, with noodles, rice vermicelli, milk, toast – everything you could ask for. It really has so many positives.

We chose the family room for our trip to Bipenggou with our child, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The layout with one large and one small bed was practical, and the children's bed had cute, playful bedding that my little one absolutely loved. The room also had a private balcony with direct views of the continuous mountains; it was incredibly relaxing to just sit out there, feel the breeze, and admire the scenery. The entire room was elegantly decorated and spotless, with wooden lattice partitions creating distinct areas. The cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The hotel lobby had a wonderful ambiance, featuring oil paintings of the snowy mountains of Western Sichuan. The public courtyard was lush with greenery and even had hot spring pools. Parking was convenient for those driving, and it wasn't far from the scenic area. The service was attentive, making it perfect for a mountain getaway with kids.

The room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

This is the only hotel on my trip that didn't ask me for a positive review. It's located right outside the armed forces department, so it feels very safe, and there's a small parking lot. It's probably one of the best hotels in the county. I'd recommend it if you're passing through, because the room facilities are comprehensive. Plus, the front desk not only arranged a room facing the armed forces department, which was very quiet (and had a mountain view), but they also turned on the heating in advance, showing really thoughtful service. As for breakfast, I specifically tried the beef noodles; the ******* auntie's noodles were delicious. The other food items were simple but neatly arranged and felt very clean.

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

I arrived on a chilly evening, and check-in was quick. The room was a unique camping tent style, but the interior amenities were top-notch; the underfloor heating warmed the entire space quickly. For dinner, I chose the recommended yak meat hot pot, which was generous in portion and rich in flavor—highly recommended. Soaking in the private hot spring at night, with stars in sight, all my fatigue melted away. It's worth noting that the tent rooms have relatively weak soundproofing. If you have very high requirements for your sleeping environment, I suggest choosing another room type or bringing earplugs. Also, it's best to check the cleanliness of the private hot spring tub before use. In short, Mubal Hut perfectly blends the charm of the mountains with the comfort of accommodation, making it a unique and high-quality choice when visiting Bipenggou. If you also yearn for a warm and welcoming place surrounded by nature, this is definitely worth a visit.

The room is very new, very clean, the decoration style of the room is also very like, very satisfied, originally in Lixian, I did not expect to find such a clean hotel, very satisfied!

We traveled with friends during the Chinese New Year, and the owner's warmth and kindness made us feel incredibly happy. The rooms were clean and tidy, the air was fresh, and the views were lovely. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they even helped us operate the projector when we didn't know how. We were able to get a great night's sleep here, and breakfast the next morning even included fruit! The hotel is also very close to the scenic area, making it super convenient to walk there. The thoughtful owner, seeing we were away from home for the New Year, even specially set off fireworks for us! Wow, what a pleasant surprise – we feel so lucky to have met such a wonderful host. A special mention: I absolutely loved the hotel's complimentary disposable toiletries. They provide extra peace of mind, especially in busy tourist areas, and it's great not having to buy your own! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back to stay here with our family next time!
