This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

In terms of facilities, the toilet drains slowly and needs to be pressed for a longer time. But other homestays really have everything, and they are all very modern. The swimming pool is just under the outside window👇, which is great! Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.

The location is very good. It is at the entrance of the Shanshuiyuan. Although there is no swimming facilities, you can go to the Tianmu Lake Hotel across the road for 60 yuan per person. The child fell and the hotel sent iodophor cotton swabs and ice buckets. Microwave heating is also available, and the dinner that was not finished the night before is served for lunch the next day.
