"For the price I think it is a decent option. Air conditioning works and bed is fairly comfortable. No staff but check in process is fairly smooth, just FYI they will probably text you the password for the door so need to provide a phone number or contact them ahead of time. Location is about 20 minutes from the station and about 30-40 minutes walk from the famous ”brown road.” You can also borrow their bikes though I decided not to. The ”Tofu sheet' place is close by."

GGuest UserI brought friends from abroad to stay here for one night and booked a double room, triple room and twin room. It’s great that the homestay can be booked to a twin room, so that friends who don’t live together on weekdays will not feel embarrassed. The environment of this homestay is really 100 points clean and tidy. The toilet also provides a toilet. All friends said that it is very comfortable to live in.
After we left the hotel, we received a call from the owner of the hotel and told us that we had a bag of food that we forgot to take away. The owner of the hotel then helped us send it back to our home. Thank you very much ☺️. I will come back to Taitung next time. ～

ドドイchanI stayed at a hotel close to Taitung Station because I was taking the Taiwan Railway the next day. There are many facilities near the old Taitung Station, and I don't think anyone expected the current situation after more than 20 years. The son of the young guesthouse owner? Good luck.

GGuest UserIt is a fantastic place for get away and relaxation, the design of the room is a individual apartment that comes with living room, kitchenware, the breakfast is very good but if you want, you can make own breakfast in your room too.
It looks out to big open space, serene and cosy, definitely will visit the place again.

GGuest UserPool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed.
Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door.
Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes.
2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor.
Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately.

AAnonymous UserFrom August 12-15, I was here for both hot air balloon flight and paragliding. First time in Taitung and the hot air balloon company recommended to get accommodation at Luye township instead of Taitung city. If you plan to hire chartered ride, stay in Taitung city.
The resort offers breakfast (if you opt-in); and dinner at their restaurant that only serves steamboat. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch. Yup, you heard it right, NO lunch and this property is a resort.
Staff are courteous. Unfortunately, my feedback about my room kettle emitting odor after boiled was not attended.
Transportation....you definitely need chartered service.

GGuest UserTeruma House is a very new, 6 months' old property. Clean, tastefully done in terms of design and comfort. Owner Max is very friendly, hospitable and helpful to share useful info such as suggestions on bicycle rental, places to eat, to visit. There are free coffee and snacks provided in the lobby area for guests. The only downside is the location of property is a bit of a walk from train station. Despite that, I absolutely love my stay there.

GGuest UserIf you like quietness, this place is recommended, Far from crowded and car noise pass over in the road. Surrounded by village atmosphere, the building surrounded by green grass field, good for kids activity. Host is nice and friendly and warm welcome too.

CCAROLINEMoon villa is a good place to stay if you need to be near the train station. The rooms are clean and simple. The host was friendly and did her best to communicate with me in English. I did stand outside for 30 min waiting for someone to let me in, and had to get my ********* friend to call to tell them I was there. The breakfast was good, if you are vegan there are less options available. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

LLilykuI live in a sea view room, the sea is outside the window, the building is quite beautiful and new, far from the crowd, close to the hot spring! The only unhappy thing is that the room booked by me in the photo is a floor-to-ceiling window, but the room I got is a general window. After asking, I know that there are many double sea view rooms. I hope to be clearly marked, otherwise it will cause an expectation gap.

SSoonmingThe room is big and comfortable for a family of 4. It is located a short distance away from the sea. But this means that it is far away from other amenities. There is a night market which opens on weekends.
No 7 eleven or other convenience stores nearby. But the hotel provides breakfast and supper as an add on for FOC service.
It also provides a charter service to airport or train station which is a huge plus when you check out.
Check out the awesome sun rise in the morning.
