Our recent stay at the hotel featured two Deluxe Suites, each over 60 square meters and uniquely laid out with separate living rooms, bedrooms, and dressing areas. The rooms were tastefully decorated with fine details and a well-stocked, chargeable minibar. Notable amenities included custom coffee machines with milk foamer (rare find at hotels) and high-quality Marshall Kilburn sound systems. The suites only had one toilet, but the bathroom towels were plush and luxurious. Additionally, the light and curtain controls scattered around the room and were inconvenient to operate. The hotel's overall service was exceptional, particularly at the front desk and restaurant, with attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere. However, housekeeping was inconsistent, often overlooking details like cleaning used cups and utensils during turndown service. Also, despite requesting room cleaning via WhatsApp, we returned in the evening to find that one of the suite was not serviced. The initial response from the staff was that the room had already been cleaned at 10 am, suggesting potential operational immaturity due to the hotel’s newness. Additionally, there were oversights in room service, such as occasionally forgetting to replace items like cups and towels. The dining experience was excellent, with all meals, especially dinner. Breakfast was also delightful, despite limited options. Situated in the heart of the old town, the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and luxury shopping streets. In summary, the Munich hotel was impressive in most aspects, making it a top choice for travelers.

Behind a small park is the Technical University of Munich, which is very large and beautiful and fully open. We are here now. Reserved 2 rooms to accommodate 4 people, one for 3 adults, the other for 1 adult. They brought us a roll away bed for the 3rd adult and when I asked the front desk, they said they had no rooms to accommodate 3 adults with 3 proper beds. (Then why offer it as an option?). We were offered to move to a larger room, for the larger price, but would still only get the roll away bed for the 3rd adult. Accommodations…..incredibly dissatisfied. Especially for a 5 star hotel. We were ignored, not exaggerating, when we pulled up with our vehicle. While trying to parallel park to unload, 2 employees stood joking around. A colleague stopped what he was doing, interrupted them, and all but got in their face to tell them to help us! At this point I was pissed! And mind you, i was outside of the car and they had no idea i was with the car……so i was witness to it all. They were kissing the feet of the others (who were not wearing sweat pants) and legitimately IGNORED us. I was PISSED. Not because I’m stuck on myself, but because it’s so true. If you don’t LOOK a certain way, especially at this 5 star hotel, YOU WILL BE IGNORED. Don’t hate on me for my honest review. Just know that if TRUE luxury is what you’re seeking, no matter what you look like or what you drive, you may have better luck down the road. It’s not here. Best of luck and let’s hope I’m one of the few who has had to experience this.

Arriving at 9am after our long haul flight from Australia it was excellent to be able to access our room straight away. Our family of 5 booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. Located in a quite part of Munich it was an easy 5 minute walk to public transport into town. Room, spa and breakfast were as expected. Overall was a good stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Munch Marriott while on vacation for a few days. The staff was helpful and professional. The lobby is going through a much needed update (during May 2023) - I would love to see it after the update - I think it will look amazing!. Our room, while clean and sizable, definitely needed an update. I am hoping that after the lobby update they continue the process to the rooms. The hotel is convenient to the U-Bahn. My husband and I were able to easily navigate from the hotel to ALL of the stops we wanted to make in the city.. The hotel staff was even able to get us our tickets on the U-Bahn, which saved us a stop before boarding. I look forward to staying here again after the updates to the hotel!

Breakfast is still relatively standard, bread sausage ham eggs juice cheese, etc. The hotel is very close to the train station. Next to the Karstadt Mall, there is an Oriental supermarket on the third floor of the mall. It is a new large Chinese thing. There is also a large supermarket next to it. You can buy bread, fruit, snacks and other daily food. Walk east to Carl Square a few hundred meters away from the hotel, then continue east to Maria Square, Munich's famous church, commercial street is around. Hotel facilities are good, clean and upscale, the room is relatively large, we are with children, so we booked a room that allows children to stay. The big bed is put together by two small beds. It is quite comfortable and big enough.

I like this hotel too much. It’s a 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station. Cross the pedestrian street. Don’t take a taxi. It can be reached by mobile phone navigation. It is a very European-style hotel. The environment, service and breakfast are all very good. Very recommended. There is a taxi stand at the entrance of the hotel, which makes it easy to get around by taxi. The hotel itself is at the exit of the pedestrian street, shopping is also invincible!

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in the suite (63). The room was wonderful as well as the staff. I would not recommend the suite for a family, as the shower walls are clear/glass. The bathroom is as big as the bedroom with a sauna/bath/shower/double sink. The bathroom floors are also heated, which was a nice touch when you're stepping out of the shower. We also enjoyed the fluffy towel-robes they had for us! The hotel staff at the front desk also acted as the bartenders. If you're expecting a full service bar at this hotel you will be very disappointed. They were very kind but the alcohol selection was quite limited. We did not have breakfast here so I can't speak for that service in particular. Bed was comfortable at night, and there was practically zero street noise save for maybe an ambulance that drove through once. Overall I was extremely pleased with our stay and would recommend any couple to choose this room. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fleming house n Schwabing! It’s a fun location with a tram stop right in front, and a short walk to the U-Bahn. Rooms are clean and modern, no carpet thank goodness. Our room was small but enough for us; the bathroom has glass walls which might not work for everyone, not a lot of privacy. There’s a really good nespresso machine in the room but no fridge. Breakfast was fabulous! Everyone was very nice. Great experience:)

My wife & I stayed one week at the Munich Rooms hotel while visiting family in Munich. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and well-equipped for a longer stay. The cleaning service was efficient and the beverage service was convenient and plentiful.
