We are a city hotel with many advantages: you are in the heart of the city, right in the centre of Munich, and you pay an affordable price. We are pleased that you have benefited from this. However, a central location also means less space. That's why we make our rooms small and nice, for example by cleverly integrating the bathroom into the main room. By the way: Take a look at our spacious WOW rooms, with plenty of room to move around. In keeping with our Lean Luxury philosophy, we don't have minibars in our rooms. Instead, we have a 24/7 bar serving great drinks and our special Ruby atmosphere. Our galleys also offer complimentary tea stations and a vending machine full of snacks and those little things you tend to forget at home, like toothpaste or an adapter. We're sorry to hear that you didn't like our Ruby Care products. The range has been created especially for us, using high-quality ingredients and carefully blended fragrances. Most guests seem to enjoy them, but we understand if they're not your cup of tea. We hope you'll come back soon.Your Ruby Lilly Team
